I still think he's strong depending on the deck though

At the beginning of its appearance, it was a ruling that could be activated even if the stats did not change, so it was able to play an active role as a removal personnel for Friche that can be put out from RUM, but it soon became impossible and the evaluation plummeted.
The effect is stronger than before evolution, strong against monsters that change status, and in the first part of his deck, it becomes a strong meta.
The advantage of this effect is that you don't need it before evolution, and if you rank up from Rebellion or №8, you'll get high damage and removal.
It also has a self-regeneration effect similar to C101, and unlike over there, you can't procure materials on your own, so it's basically a one-time use, but it's not bad as a bonus.
However, its own material itself is heavy, and if it's just meta, it's easy to get out of the pre-evolution. but I'm not very good at it.
Even for damage purposes, there is a lighter №33 in the same rank.
There is a welcome welcome, but it is a card that is highly dependent on combos and difficult to handle.

Why is the rating so low!
It's too easy to just change ATK!
Moreover, it comes with the removal of Fliche, which can be used during the opponent's turn. This can't be weak.
Even if you destroy it, it will come back, so the opponent has to beat it with RBI, but there aren't many monsters that have 2800 or more RBI.
On the other hand, if you strengthen his ATK, he will be eliminated quickly, so I think he has a lot of control.
It should be a terrible card if deck construction is combined with ATK change type cards.
I think those who make fun of this guy will end up hurting themselves because of this guy.

Although the resurrection and elimination effects are very strong
It's hard to decide whether to rank up from Laguna Zero to the orthodox.
To be honest, I'd rather draw than exclude,
Without a special construction, it's just a superlative monster with a one-time resurrection effect.
(No-cost exclusion for free chains... well, it's really bad (^ ^;) )
However, depending on the construction, it will show its true value, weakening the entire Spell / Trap card
Excluding the free chain and toying with the opponent
Rank up from Paradios and use it as a guiding firepower, etc.
In fact, it can be said that it is a card that can be expected to play an active role!

Is it too judgmental? I'm just doing what's convenient for me.
It says "select", so even if you select it and it doesn't deal damage, you can exclude it.
I don't know what you mean.

I feel like Ragna Zero is enough, but if you use the relatively versatile Forbidden series, you can banish it even during the opponent's turn, so I think it's quite strong.

Q: Can I select a monster whose ATK has not changed?
If it is selectable, is it possible to exclude the monster even if it cannot deal damage to the opponent?
A: No, you cannot select and activate it. (14/02/17)
I'm back...
However, it is still a threat.
It's easy to put out in Seven Emperor's Sword and Limited, and I feel that the RBI is relatively high in combination with its performance.

The ruling fluctuates ... (under evaluation without being able to activate)
Respawn immunity and free chain exclusion effects.
But using RUM means there are other options available.
It is a delicate place whether this guy can get lost in the intense face.

Since both brothers and sisters have a resurrection effect, it's a great effect that you can use both without normal evolution like DarkKnight.
On top of that, it has a very high performance of exclusion and burn effect, and if you get hooked, it will become a more annoying CNo than the Pleiades,
It gives the RUM Deck new options by letting you remove free chains just by sticking pain or using Fire Formation or Chateaux.
In addition, because it is a water angel, RUM other than limited can not be expected other than regular evolution ...
For a while, there was a ruling that it could be removed even if ATK didn't change, but it seems to have returned to its original sheath...

I thought it would be a ruling like this because it only says that the effect target is "one monster".
The C No. of Melag, who was the owner of the CG that was too fussy and fell in love, was made into a card.
Even if the status does not change, it can be excluded and can be treated like the Pleiades. The resurrection effect like an older brother is also a bonus.
… Well, the value of using Seven Emperors Sword is more subtle than Noble Archfiend, so maybe it's an exclusion factor that can be used in Limited? Unlike C80, there is no material specification.

Melag's Over Hundred Chaos Numbers have the same ATK as his older brother Nash's Dark Knight. And before the chaos in the second half, if he is in GY, he can be revived. They are the toughest because they can absorb opponents and turn them into Xyz materials.
The effect of this card is the same as before evolution, meta-changing his opponent's ATK, and opponents such as Brotherhood of the Fire Fist who raise his own ATK and hit him are perfect prey. And since he can eliminate even opponents whose ATK hasn't changed by arbitration, it's a card that's well worth evolving from Ragna Zero...
> Q: Can I select a monster whose ATK has not changed?
>If it's selectable, is it possible to banish the monster even if it doesn't deal effect damage to the opponent?
>A: No, it cannot be selected and activated. (14/02/16)
……that?

A swaying ruling...
If you can't exclude it, then Ragnazero before evolution is fine.
The significance of putting out in Seven Swan is also thin ...
The value will change greatly depending on the arbitration, so please choose the stronger one.

To the exclusion version Pleiades that can be used during the opponent's turn
It's a relationship like mutual compatibility with my brother's Dark Knight
It's pretty annoying when it comes out. Even if you hit a black hole, you still have 2800 RBI.

The Pleiades have proven how strong the free chain removal is. What's more, if it's an exception and has a pseudo-destruction resistance...
>A: No, it cannot be selected and activated. (14/02/16)

The animation effect was at the mashmack level, so I thought it would be good and tried to make it trigger immediately.
The orthodox evolution of Ragnazero, where draw is replaced by burn and destruction is replaced by exclusion.
It seems that the ruling is not stable whether or not it is possible to exclude cards that do not change due to the twill of the text. I would like you to clarify the difference in usability.
Is the resurrection in the second half actually a one-time destruction resistance? The effect can't be used, but the return of 2800 RBI is brutal, and it's not as good as my brother's, but it's an effect that can't be overlooked.
To be honest, cards that can be used or not depending on the ruling are a problem.

There are a few people outraged by the ruling that it can only be removed by damaging the opponent's LP.

When I thought it was a marshmack, it was legitimate evolution
Unexpected ruling excludes free chain and is very powerful
Furthermore, since the material does not matter, the reimbursement progresses.
Even if the effect in the second half is removed, I am thankful that 2800 points remain
It's not as strong as my older brother's, but it's also a powerful piece.
