Rating Score Card Name Card-Type
Attribute Level Type ATK DEF
Number S39: Utopia the Lightning ▶︎ Deck 9.8 144 Number S39: Utopia the Lightning Xyz Monster
Effect Monster
- 5 Warrior 2500 2000

You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a Rank 4 "Utopia" monster you control as material. (Transfer its materials to this card.) Cannot be used as material for an Xyz Summon. If this card battles, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the Damage Step. Once per Chain, during damage calculation, if this card battles an opponent's monster while this card has a "Utopia" Xyz Monster as material (Quick Effect): You can detach 2 materials from this card; this card's ATK becomes 5000 during that damage calculation only.
Congratulations on first place.

One of the best answers for target destruction resistance and perfect resistance, which has increased since the 9th term. Brain muscles that say that power solves everything.
With the flow of Hope → Hope Ray → Lightning, the material becomes 4 and you can fly 5000 RBI twice.
Unlike Catastor and Mole, who can definitely win battles, it does a lot of battle damage, and it's stupidly high firepower, so it hurts quite a bit.
Suppression effects like Ancient Gear can also kill effects that activate when destroyed in battle, and you can also kill Chain Burn and Escape Exo that rely on Battle Fader and Swift Scarecrow.
It's painful that I can't get Azeus out due to the restriction that I can't summon X on top of myself. Well, it wouldn't be very stylish if this guy could use Azeus, so thank you for designing it so that Azeus can't be used! Let's say
At the time, rank 4 favoritism was a card I personally disliked about noses. Is there such a thing as a trump card that you worked so hard to get crushed by just two level 4s? It's a time when monsters like Chaos Max appeared, so I feel like it can't be helped, but I still hate it.

2ndUltimate Leo Utopia Ray

Rating Score Card Name Card-Type
Attribute Level Type ATK DEF
Ultimate Leo Utopia Ray ▶︎ Deck 9.8 9 Ultimate Leo Utopia Ray Xyz Monster
Effect Monster
- 5 Warrior 2500 2000
3 Level 5 monsters
(This card is always treated as "Number C39: Utopia Ray".)
Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card; equip 1 "ZW -" monster from your Deck or Extra Deck to this card as if it were equipped by that monster's effect. This effect's activation and effect cannot be negated. Once per turn, while this card is equipped with a "ZW -" monster Card (Quick Effect): You can target 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls; negate its effects, and if you do, halve its ATK.

The second place that narrowly missed first place was "Ultimate Leo Utopia Ray"
* In the event of a tie, the one with the highest total number of evaluations will be ranked higher.

Due to the effect of (1), it is excellent that you can equip your favorite "ZW" monster from his Deck / EX Deck without negating the activation / effect, and it also satisfies the conditions of the effect of (2). I think it's a strength.
The effect of (2) is an excellent effect that can negate the opponent's monster's effect and halve the ATK in a free chain if the conditions are met.
Although the conditions for X-summoning by regular means are severe, if you use the effect of "No.39 Utopia Double", I don't think there will be any problems.

Rating Score Card Name Card-Type
Attribute Level Type ATK DEF
Arc Rebellion Xyz Dragon ▶︎ Deck 9.7 21 Arc Rebellion Xyz Dragon Xyz Monster
Effect Monster
- 5 Dragon 3000 2500
3 Level 5 monsters
This Xyz Summoned card cannot be destroyed by card effects. You can detach 1 material from this card; this card gains ATK equal to the total original ATK of all other monsters on the field, then, if this card has a DARK Xyz Monster as material, negate the effects of all other face-up monsters on the field. After this effect resolves, you cannot declare attacks with other monsters for the rest of this turn. You can only use this effect of "Arc Rebellion Xyz Dragon" once per turn.

Compared to his new Rebellion lineage, suppression and moderate murderous intent Dakuyem, this one has no suppression power but has moderate murderous intent.
It has an incomprehensible level of murderous intent that increases RBI by the sum of destruction resistance and ATK of other monsters on the field. It doesn't matter if you have it or not, as long as you use Darkness X as a material, you can block the disturbing effects of Astram and Valeso.
It's not impossible if you try to use it normally, but it's quite heavy, but you can easily use it with Phantom Force, and since it can be stacked on top of Raiders Knight, it's practically rank 4. If you line up two DARK★4s, you'll get one kill with this guy. It's time to be prepared.
I like this kind of murderous card, so I welcome it.
