Using 3 Level 4s, he is inferior to Blue-Eyed in RBI and honestly feels ridiculous as vanilla, but in Rank 4 there are Rebellion and Lightning that have more fighting power and lightness than himself.
As it is often said, you can defeat Fergra alone, but it is difficult to say that it is a useful option because there is a possibility that it will be obstructed in the middle of deployment in the first place.
He has the ability to easily draw out this card, and the fact is that he can honestly put out a better card in Deck.
