Rank-Up-Magic for Quick-Play Spells. I love this type of card that surprises the inhabitants of the anime world.
Among the Zexal-type RUMs, the restrictions are particularly tight, and you can only chaos monsters with the same number. That said, Chaos Numbers often have a favorite effect when the corresponding Numbers are in the material, so I don't think you should worry too much about using such cards.
It is especially compatible with Overhand Red Numbers, and 《Seventh Ascension》can be used properly with 《Rank-Up-Magic - The Seventh One》. You can expect it to be used as a quick-play spell, such as a follow-up attack during the battle phase or a sacrifice escape.

Since it has become a haste attack, the number of tactics that can be pursued, such as avoiding removal, has increased significantly. You can also search on Tribue.
The only disappointment is that it only supports No, and you have to use cards with the same number as materials.
Concerning the restriction of having to use the same number as material, it rarely becomes a problem depending on the playing and construction.
However, CNo has a lot of activation effects, so there are many cases where it is rare to make use of the taste of haste. It's basically going to be used as a removal dodge.
There are some parts that are a little harder to use than I thought, but I think it's an excellent one in RUM because it's within the range that can be managed depending on the skill of the player.

You can get a CNo. with the same number but one rank higher.
Since it's a Quick-Play Spell, it's also effective as a follow-up attack or evasion.

First of all, it is a Quick-Play Spell that can be used for follow-up attacks and sacrifice escapes.
However, the range of support is terribly narrow because the C number has the same number as the monster that is used as the underlay, but there are many relationships such as excellent underlay and the C number that overlaps it, so it should be possible to cover to some extent.

I think it would have been better if there was a quick RUM... chaos from chaos.

Quick-Play Spell "RUM" cards. From chasing during the battle phase to escaping sacrifice, you can use it in a slightly different way than other "RUM". Compared to "Limited Barian's Force", it has the disadvantage that the monsters that can be summoned are limited to "CNo." It is better to

Quick-Play Spells are usually strong. "But I can't forgive this card."
Why doesn't it support "CX" monsters? "Rank-Up-Magic Admiration of the Thousands" was changed from the anime to correspond to "CX", so why is there no such change here? "Are you making fun of the "CX" monster?"

Quick-Play Spell can't be weak. (conviction)
Although it is limited to the legitimate evolution destination, it is excellent in that it can be chained to the opponent's removal or activated for follow-up purposes. The first thing that comes to mind is Tachyon -> Neo Tachyon, which hits twice with high hit points. I think it's worth a try.

Quick-Play Spell RUM that everyone dreamed of.
You can only rank up according to the number, so there is no development potential, but if you use a deck based on a specific number, it will be the most reliable RUM.
It's a simple and easy-to-use RUM that can be used for anything from pursuit to escape.
If anything, the nature of Quick-Play Spell shines with a deck that can be active both before and after rank-up, rather than aiming to RUM itself.

A card that sets itself apart from other RUMs in terms of Quick-Play Spell
It can also be used for pursuit and escape in the battle phase, making it much more convenient to use.
It's a pity that the monsters that can be used effectively were narrowed down to those that are easy to raise and have strong evolution destinations, such as Hope and Arknights, as the rank-up destinations were limited to legitimate ones.
It's cool to avoid traps with this

If you want to use it, you'll want to use it in Sacrifice Escape or Battle Phase.
It is possible to use it face down during the opponent's turn, but such situations are rare.

RUM of Quick-Play Spell! ?
The target is limited to the CNo of the correct evolution destination, but if the evolution destination such as Hope or Ark Knight is excellent, it will be very reliable.
Since it's a Quick-Play Spell, it can also be used to escape from pursuits and removals, and in the case of Hope, it can also be used as an evolution cost to Hope Dragoon.
It's a pretty strong card in a Deck that can be used for a limited number of targets.

I wanted it to come out, but it's a little late, and I didn't expect Quick Chaos to come out in January...
The advantage is that instead of requiring normal evolution, it is possible to activate a chain against the opponent's turn, or the opponent's interference or elimination.
Because it can't cheat like other RUMs, it's tough that quality is required before and after RUs more than other RUMs,
The downside is that most CNos don't do anything special during the opponent's turn, and there's little benefit to surprise.
Therefore, the main aim is to become a strong No even in normal evolution such as Hope and ArkKnight, but I would like to take advantage of the fact that it can be RUed with a spell speed of 2.

It can be said that the RUM of Quick-Play Spell has increased the value of almost all numbers with "CNo." above a certain level.
It can be used in a variety of ways, such as enabling continuous attacks by using it during the Battle Phase, or chaining it to the opponent's removal to make it misfire. I can't hide my surprise that this performance doesn't require any cost. 《No.101》, which has high removal ability, 《No.107》, which has high attack power, and 《No.104》, which boasts a good lock performance, are the main candidates for adoption.

Quick-Play Spell is stronger than other RUMs at some point. I can only get the same number, but Hope Ray V, 101 should be enough except for the Heraldic Beast for the death medallion.

If you use it in the battle phase, if you change from Tachyon to Neo Tachyon, you can hit consecutive attacks with maximum RBI,
If you go from Hope to Victory, you'll be able to use it as an excellent monster with an honesty effect.
