However, unlike Limi, there is no self-destruction, you can search with Infinity Core, and there is no disadvantage in the first turn, just like the gift.
It is a candidate if you set up 《Meklord Emperor Wisel》equipped with 《Dragon Buster Destruction Sword》first and dominate.
If you use Meklord Army Deployer Obbligato to recruit 2 soldiers at the moment Recruit + Wisel are lined up, and connect Union Carrier to the Dragon Buster Blade, Wisel's attack will increase to about 6000~7000, so if you consider destruction and spell negate once, it's as expected. A number that cannot be ignored.
The main effect after the 2nd turn is subtle, but it's not bad as a hand cost, so it's much better than a gift.

If he's got enough Meklords to hit with this card, there's gotta be more he can do with them. The surprising effect that the total damage does not change, and even decreases, makes Wo smile wryly.
As it is, there is no element that can beat 《Limiter Removal》, so if you want to use it, you will need to use the second effect.
Luckily, Special Summon is easy to deal with, and it works well as a support for Triskelia, which has high damage and resistance to colanders.

The enhancement itself is permanent, and since it is an effect that reduces damage to 0 "until the end phase of the turn it is activated", it is possible to avoid the disadvantage if it is activated during the opponent's turn. However, the reality is that it is not worth the effort.
The effect of (2) is not bad because it has the same destruction resistance as Return of the Dragon Lords, but there is a big difference in the performance of the effect of (1). The theme itself benefits from destruction to some extent, so it doesn't mesh well either.

It's also a pity that it's plainly "originally" summed up. In Meklord, you can't even increase the number you have equipped and enhanced with Synchro. Regarding destruction resistance, it is not safe to use it only once.
As for his mechanic-centric Meklord, the existence of 《Limiter Removal》is a big deal.
You can expect a big enhancement without lining up, and if you line up, you can usually expect more explosive power than this card. Unlike this one, it self-destructs, but for the Meklord Monarch, it's actually an advantage.
There are some situations where it's more useful than Limiter Removal , but it's pretty limited.
