The main role is to interfere with the opponent due to the specificity of the link marker. It can never be used as a deployment aid, so you have to think carefully when summoning.
The effect of (1) can interfere with the summoning of the opponent. However, since all main monster zones cannot be sealed, it is recommended to use it in combination with 《Ground Collapse》to ensure thoroughness. Doing so would be a huge hindrance.
Also, if you put it in the main monster zone in the middle, you can considerably limit the use of the ex Deck, so it will still play a role after being revived. This is also an advantage.
However, since it is basically dependent on the opponent, it hurts to break through with a little deployment power due to the turn 1 limit. As an opponent, it should be easy to come up with a strategy that can break through from your current hand.
Considering that the effect of (2) is also Link 3, it is questionable whether other monsters can be arranged.
It's interesting and has a unique effect, but I feel like it's very subtle whether it's an actual battle level. 5 points because it can be used in a rock deck.

A low-ranking monster whose effect depends on the number of cards in the Pendulum Zone.
Basically, it's better to set his Pendulum Scale yourself to aim. Reaching 2100 lines with one sheet is highly appreciated. Two copies turns him into a Pendulum killer, so he might be able to play a role in the Pendulum meta.
Even if you aim for 3 or more, it depends on the opponent, so it's better to think of it as a bonus. Personally, I was worried that the draw with 4 cards didn't last 1 turn (although it's extremely difficult to activate continuously).
I think it's a card that can be used as it is, but it's good for the side. Pendulum Can be used as a meta, but there is room for choice, so 5 points.
*Additional correction in response to the indication. Thank you for pointing it out.

New Generic Link 4. However, it is hard to say that it is an effect that matches Link 4.
You can burn, hit up, and recover, which can only be described as plain, in response to a specific race of GY.
These can overlap, so dust can pile up and become a mountain. Here is the score.
However, general-purpose link 4 has a lot of competition, and most of them have the ability to flip the board, such as Firewall, Borreload, Skaldet, and Griffon. Among them, it is extremely difficult to adopt Ryuzetsu Ran.
Isn't it better to use tokens as materials to differentiate from others?
The RBI itself is high and has the potential to go up, so it can be used normally as an attacker. It's not that you can never use it. However, in order to evaluate it, I inevitably compare it with others, so I gave it 4 points.
When you have an empty Ex and you're not sure what to do with it, this card might just be the place to point it out.

Unchainable is the biggest charm removal spell.
Even if you try to remove it, it will usually be chained and earn an ad, so its appeal is great.
It's not a Quick-Play Spell, so it's inferior to Cyclone in that respect, but the fact that it can't be chained is a unique advantage, so it's well worth adopting.
Now he has a lot of spell traps that can be activated with GY, so Cosmic Cyclone has the edge in terms of simple removal. However, you can almost certainly exchange 1: 1, and you can't overlook the versatility that you can adopt regardless of Deck. I think it's a good card that is simple and has its own strengths. The evaluation is 8 points.
Domain of the True Monarchs ▶︎ Deck 《Domain of the True Monarchs》

The effect of (1) is the main card, and if it is determined, it will exert a strong binding power. Commonly known as 0 Monarch, his deck is based on this card, but in modern Yu-Gi-Oh, where extras are popular, it can be said that it has top-class control over opponents.
However, this card has no resistance and requires an extra 0, so it is easy to take countermeasures. The condition that the advance is only you in the field may be a little tight.
A lot of his deck relies on extras for Spell Trap removal, but it's questionable if he can keep up with such popular removals as Feather Broom and Galaxy Cyclone. It's a card that your opponent wants to get rid of first, so the challenge is how to protect it.
(2) and (3) should be considered as extras. It's not that influential.
If you decide, you can end the duel one-sidedly, and it's strength is that it's easy to search with Grudge and Panshin. However, there are more gaps than that, and the disadvantage is that it is easy to take countermeasures. I think it's about 8 points considering its fragility while it's so influential that you can build a dedicated deck.
Decode Talker ▶︎ Deck 《Decode Talker》

Yusaku's ace monster. It can be said that it is the most versatile card among Talkers.
Both (1) and (2) require a monster to link to, so a certain amount of deployment power is essential to demonstrate their true value.
The RBI increase in (1) is normal, and the potential can go up to 3800.
The important thing is the effect of (2), as long as it is not completely removed, it exerts a considerable amount of suppression power.
However, recently, the codec axis has become mainstream and the original Accesscode Talker is used.
Decoding can be said to be fortunate that it does not lose its raison d'etre because it can assist deployment at other business trip destinations.
Due to its versatility, it can be used as a link 3 in many of his decks. It's vanilla if you just stand there, so other support is essential, but it's a well-balanced card that expands the range of strategies and developments. The evaluation is 8 points. I think that it is the most suitable performance as an ace of a hero.
Salamangreat Heatleo ▶︎ Deck 《Salamangreat Heatleo》

Soul Burner Ace Card.
Since it is Salamangreat's only Link Monster, his current Salamangreat Deck is based on it. However, the effect is subtle.
First, the effect of (1) is the deck bounce of his opponent's Spell Trap, which is almost certainly chained.
I wanted the advantage of not chaining like a night shot. If a card that can be Link Summoned comes up during your opponent's turn, it might shine. I can't help but feel the possibility that there is no turn 1 limit.
As for (2), it's hard because it's based on the premise of a reincarnation link. Even if you use 《Salamangreat Sanctuary》, it consumes a lot of cards, and if you say that the effect is suitable for it, you can't help but tilt your head. Since it is not Friche, it cannot be controlled or restrained. It turns into a mere 2300 vanilla on the opponent's turn. However, it works well with Formad Skipper and is almost essential for gift activation. Good or bad, the effect depends on the support.
Overall, it's a subtle ace, and it's not a general-purpose material like Decode. Rated around 4 or 5. However, fortunately, Soulburner is a character in the main class, so he will definitely become stronger. In that respect, the future is very high. It would be easy to overturn the evaluation.

I think it's a card with a plain super brutal performance. His DARK with em and level 5 or higher is loose as a material and easy to install as a gimmick.
Em has a lot of Pendulums, so it's easy to use later effects. Typical examples are Trump Girls and You Golems.
200 Burn is also dangerous, but Destruction Burn will be much more intense. On top of that, you can attack with this card, so it's not a dream to reach the 1 kill line. The murderous intent is top class. Rating is 10.
Since it is 4000 LP in animation, extra brutality was conspicuous. 12 times worth of damage...

The effects do not mesh. I think that's the card for it.
Special Summon can be done with the effect of (1). The advantage is that it can be deployed from GY, and it is highly flexible as it can be used as a hand cost.
However, since the cost is 2 Cybers in your hand or field, consumption is intense. It is also a problem that the RBI is halved.
I would like to greatly evaluate the effect of (2) with exclusion that does not take a target. However, since it is an ATK reference, it contradicts the effect of (1). On top of that, the cost is also necessary here, which spurs the intensity of consumption.
It would be good to reanimate with general-purpose reanimation. In that case, the effect of (1) becomes useless. You may need a split to operate.
While it has great advantages, it also has conspicuous disadvantages.
I think it's about 4 or 5, but it can be used in advanced monarchs, and it seems to be useful if there are more cybers that trigger exclusion, so 5 points.

The origin of Yu-Gi-Oh and the pinnacle. The word is really appropriate, and it is possible to reverse with this one piece. Truly a trump card.
Of course, the rating is 10 because it is the pinnacle of resurrection spells.
That's enough explanation for this card.

Accompanied by 1 kill. Gives 800 points up to all phosphorus monsters. Unusually for Cybers, RBI increases regardless of race. Since it also grants itself, it is 2000, which is high for Link 2.
Tokens are also possible because there are two Cybers. It is a strong link summoning candidate for Gadget Tokens and Onepass. It can also be used as a relay point if you want to summon a Link Monster that is tied to an Effect Monster using a token.
Link markers are also excellent. You can complete the formation of Trigate or put it next to Excode. He can be a reciprocal link destination of Firewall like an anime. If the board surface is possible, it will reach the 1 kill line.
His Link Monster in Cybers is extremely good and can be used in Salamangreat. It seems that becoming a material for Heat Rio will become important in the future. The more the Cyber theme is strengthened, the higher the performance, so the future potential is extremely high. 9 points because the effect is simple and powerful.
I would like to always put it in the candidate as Link 2 of Cybers.

A card that can be rolled back from negate. However, it is overwhelmingly difficult to use.
Note that the activation itself must be negate. In famous places, only divine counters satisfy the conditions. Therefore, it does not support negates such as Urara, Veiler, Mugenboei, etc., which have a high adoption rate, and Special Summon is extremely limited.
However, even if you try to summon him, the mysterious restriction that he cannot be Normal Summon is a hindrance.
The effect of (2) is excellent as a comeback. However, since the summoning condition is only (1), the chances of activation are extremely limited.
In addition to being able to operate only as insurance, the adverse effects of relying on the other party are too great. I can negate him by myself, but it would be putting the cart before the horse. I think 1 point is appropriate, but since it's a rare summoning condition, 2 points in hopes of being surprised.
I think it's one of the top 5 monsters in the ranking of monsters that easily rot in your hand.

Is 1 draw really that expensive? A card that makes you wonder.
This card is for 1 draw
① Use summoning rights
② Line up 2 or more Cybers
③ Set your hand to 0
④You need to pay 1000 LP.
Only 1 draw is obtained after satisfying these 4 conditions. There are no words other than not worth it.
There is Infernity Reloader that can be drawn only with condition 3, and 《Chicken Game》that can be drawn and searched only with condition 4. In the end, there is also a wrought fusion that allows you to draw 1 just by going to her GY. These are all cards up to the 9th period.
In a bad sense, this is an adjustment error and can only be seen as a symbol of the failure of deflation. Moreover, for some reason it is a letter rare.
I don't think I'm going to aim for an effect, it's just like vanilla, and the status is not something that can be differentiated, so 1 point. I thought I would aim for at least two draws, but... It's really a pity to think that I could have become Doroso of Cybers.
Too much inflation is not good, but too much deflation is also extremely bad. A card that reminds us of the hard work on the production side.

A revolver-like monster whose trigger is a dragon. Due to its effect, it will be necessary to establish a combo with DARK Link Monster at the stage of construction.
Continuous linking is not possible, so it is safe to use Topologic as a trigger. I'm happy to be able to easily activate Topologic's effect without consuming it.
The big problem will be getting summons. Since it takes more time, it often rots.
The draw for (2) is great, and Topologic recovers resources reasonably well. It also supports destruction by the opponent, but I want to aim for active activation. Note that it does not support Gumblar.
She seems to work well with Topologic's deck, but it's not essential. About 6 points because it can be considered as one of the options.
If it had been Cyberse, it could have been used to trigger the effects of Cyber Switch and Spartoy, but... Unfortunately this is a Dragon.
Since he's more Topologic than Borrel, shouldn't he be Cyberse?

A Counter Trap that can be played from your hand. This alone has a meaning of existence.
It is quite useful to be able to negate divine traps, and it can be said that it has top-class performance as a countermeasure against traps. It's more ambush than Trap Stun, which has a similar effect. However, there is also a danger that the opponent will search for a trap in only one turn. You will need to be prepared to settle the matter in just one turn.
It makes up for the slowness of trap cards by being able to get them out of your hand. Although you have to pay a considerable cost, it can be a model for trap cards in the future, so it is an epoch-making card in that sense.
Addendum: I thought that around 8 points was appropriate because of the strong habit, but it's too exceptional for the Trap meta. So upgraded to 10 points.
