Only 1 draw is obtained after satisfying these 4 conditions. There are no words other than not worth it.

I personally think it's an interesting card.
It's called Turn 1, but if you set the conditions and protect this card, you'll be able to draw every turn, and even if you have no cards in your hand, you'll be able to cover it to some extent by deploying monsters and laying your gun down.
If a meta-type Cyber Monster appears, you may be able to create a dedicated Deck for fighting with a Gun-down meta Deck using 《Ties of the Brethren》.
