Only 1 draw is obtained after satisfying these 4 conditions. There are no words other than not worth it.
There is Infernity Reloader that can be drawn only with condition 3, and 《Chicken Game》that can be drawn and searched only with condition 4. In the end, there is also a wrought fusion that allows you to draw 1 just by going to her GY. These are all cards up to the 9th period.

I personally think it's an interesting card.
It's called Turn 1, but if you set the conditions and protect this card, you'll be able to draw every turn, and even if you have no cards in your hand, you'll be able to cover it to some extent by deploying monsters and laying your gun down.
If a meta-type Cyber Monster appears, you may be able to create a dedicated Deck for fighting with a Gun-down meta Deck using 《Ties of the Brethren》.
