People who are brainwashed by 《Trancefamiliar》attack them out of brainwashed jealousy of 《Risebell the Summoner》and 《Saambell the Summoner》brotherhood. It has a P-card meta effect, but I don't think the opponent will use the P-card, so basically I'm aiming for 2 or more. Although it is a psychic, it does not support "Emergency Teleport" at level 4, so it has the image of being difficult to use.

Evaluation is complete P meta. However, since he uses a P-monster, he has 2100 RBI and 2200 RBI from the Deck, but he has no other use for it, so it's a bit odd. There are many cards that can be used. As a P meta, you can hide about one copy on the side.
As for pointing out, according to the current rules, the only condition where both ends of the Spell/Trap zone are treated as P zones is when a P monster is activated or placed as a spell. Even if he sets Spells/Traps other than P monsters or activates Continuous Spells/Traps, he is not treated as a P zone, so self-strengthening is impossible.

Basically, it's better to set his Pendulum Scale yourself to aim. Reaching 2100 lines with one sheet is highly appreciated. Two copies turns him into a Pendulum killer, so he might be able to play a role in the Pendulum meta.
Even if you aim for 3 or more, it depends on the opponent, so it's better to think of it as a bonus. Personally, I was worried that the draw with 4 cards didn't last 1 turn (although it's extremely difficult to activate continuously).
I think it's a card that can be used as it is, but it's good for the side. Pendulum Can be used as a meta, but there is room for choice, so 5 points.
