The effect of (1) is the main card, and if it is determined, it will exert a strong binding power. Commonly known as 0 Monarch, his deck is based on this card, but in modern Yu-Gi-Oh, where extras are popular, it can be said that it has top-class control over opponents.
However, this card has no resistance and requires an extra 0, so it is easy to take countermeasures. The condition that the advance is only you in the field may be a little tight.
