Playing

I arranged the deck that was previously posted by Mr. NDK? to the restricted revised version from March.
1:1 exchange = 1 card 1 turn I think it was emphasized, so I tried to be conscious.
In the current environment, the probability of being able to shoot a countdown in the first hand is lowered due to the semi-restricted strength, and his DEF is lowered due to the restriction of One Day of Peace, but it is still possible to fight.
The text below is a copy paste. Not bad.
Note) The explanation has become quite long. Read slowly!
Somehow, time buying cards and draw cards have been appearing recently, so I tried making them.
His unique tactics distinguish him from other decks.
・I'm tired of beatdowns!
・Occasionally, I want to aim for a special way to win!
・I don't have money to buy Synchro or Xyz!
・But I want to beat those hateful bugs and HERO!
This deck is recommended for you.
(By the way, the people inside apply to all of them)
Aside from that, here is the explanation of this Deck.
First of all, draw a countdown with 《Upstart Goblin》, Strength, 《One Day of Peace》.
It may seem a little difficult, but try it with the test draw above.
There should be a high probability that the countdown will come first.
However, don't use 《One Day of Peace》too many times in one turn.
If the countdown doesn't end here, it's a bit tough.
However, since there are a large amount of time buying cards, there is no problem even if it is a little late.
All that's left is to endure it with the time-buying cards we've put in in large quantities.
Stress and impatience will build up on the other party.
If you get an annoying monster, let's release it with Lava Genie.
Top candidates for removal include Lagia, 《Legendary Six Samurai - Shi En》, and 《Naturia Beast》.
In particular, I want to deal with Shien quickly.
If you draw a countdown after the second one, use it as a bluff.
If the opponent breaks the end with End Psych, erupt or say something like Zamaa to reduce the opponent's mental LP.
As a tip, save faders and scarecrows as much as possible, and use Trap first.
Even with Card Car D and 《One Day of Peace》, I don't want to use more than 2 cards per turn. One of these days I'm going to be poor.
However, if 《Solemn Judgment》is face down, it will not stop at the fader.
If you miss one chance, you will die easily, so even the slightest mistake in playing is unforgivable.
Hope for Escape》is one of my favorites. 1 draw is confirmed when the countdown is activated.
Furthermore, if you dare to take damage or heal your opponent with Upstart Goblin, a 3 draw is not a dream.
Pyro Clock of Destiny》is a Trap that advances the turn count by one turn. It's easy to think that it's just one turn, but it's not.
Normally, his deck would reach the 20th turn of the opponent's turn, and he would win the battle with a stern glance at his opponent.
After activating this card, the final turn that should have passed to the opponent is lost. In other words, you can get the same effect as skipping your opponent's turn.
In some ways, it's the best time-saving card.
For the second match, I recommend switching to 《Self-Destruct Button》.
From the second match onwards, there is a danger that the opponent will enter 《Royal Decree》from the side and be unable to defend.
Therefore, it would be a good idea to use removal cards such as Cyclone and Storm.
Alternatively, you can use the tactics below.
Addendum (from the person who arranged it)
If the set trap is negated by an end cycle or a counter trap, the shock ruler will be declared a monster, and it will be stuck.
So, I loaded 《Kuriphoton》from the main as a countermeasure.
Kuriphoton》can activate its effect from your hand with a free chain, so if you chain it to the effect of the ruler and use it, that turn will be safe.
Perhaps the trap set at the time the monster was declared was countered or after the end cycle, so the next turn should be able to beat it by setting the trap...
However, Kuriphoton loses 2000 LP at the start of the countdown, so it can only be activated twice during the game. Think of it as your last line of defense.
Mystic Piper》+Kinka Cat
This combo can replenish your hand quite a bit.
However, Kinka-neko doesn't need to be duplicated in your hand, so it's one stack.
It would be nice to be able to use 《Monster Reincarnation》if it was used like Veiler.
At first, the reincarnation part was "Where Arf Thou?", but I could only think of a situation where there was a level 1 on my field, and I could only think of a fader, and when I used it when I normal summoned Piper, etc., the number of uses of "Kuriphoton" I rejected it because it resonates with
Let's draw the Kinka cat with all our might...!

Strength

I can't lose against beatdown opponents.
He's all the rage these days against Inzektor, HERO beats, and Skidre Dark World.
Serious Deck TUE! You who have a rival who is doing something like Dansel Hornet Senchi Giga Manora!
By all means, let's challenge with this Deck.
If you're not good at it, you'll enter the real battle phase.
Among the time-buying cards, I want you to remember the effect of 《Frozen Soul》.
This card's effect is to skip the "opponent's next Battle Phase".
For this reason, while knowing that the other party will be skipped,
If you do not declare to enter the Battle Phase, the skipped effect will be carried over to the next turn.
Most players don't know about this effect, so it's not uncommon to earn more than 2 turns.
It won't work after the second time.
In the case of a game in which an extra turn is performed, it is brought to the extra turn by earning time
There is also a strategy to win by inserting recovery cards on the side.
Or, although it takes some getting used to, if you win around 40 minutes, you can win without taking an extra turn.
For more information, please refer to the Yu-Gi-Oh card wiki page for matches.
However, calling a judge is considered cheating and may result in a matchkill.
Use with caution.
As an out-of-field tactic, one strategy is to keep crackling your hand during the opponent's turn.
Inflict mental damage on opponents who are already stressed, and invite playing mistakes.
Multiple layers of sleeves make it easier to produce a loud sound, which is highly effective.
However, even in this case, there is a possibility that the judges will sternly warn you.
Keep it in moderation.

Weakness

Naturally, if the opponent is also a countdown deck, the one who activates first wins.
Believe in your own luck.
It will inevitably be a long-term match, so I want to keep my concentration.
It requires more than his other decks to have a stable mind that doesn't fall for the opponent's provocations.
Since there are a lot of traps, 《Royal Decree》is difficult when activated.
(For the time being, depending on the cards in your hand, you may not be able to endure it.)
Luckily, he doesn't have many decks in the main deck, so be careful from the second game onwards.
You can't win against his decks that deal damage outside of combat, such as burn decks.
Destroying Exodia and his deck, and even Roman Combo's 《Destiny Board》can't be stopped, so it's not uncommon to feel sorrow.
However, you don't see them very often in tournaments, so you can ignore them.
However, it is also true that recently he has been rampant with handicap decks such as Wind-Up and X Saber.
Luckily, you still have a better chance of winning than Burn above, so don't give up.
Due to this gimmick of his Deck and the above tactics, he is highly disliked.
When you do it with your relatives, use it after refusing to the other party.
You don't have to release your friends to win.
Tournament? Just watch out for the judges. Why is everyone trying to win?
Addendum (from the person who arranged it)
Do you know the monster 《Evilswarm Ophion》in the explanation?
His Special Summon of level 5 or higher monsters will not be possible.
If you put Alle, Lagia, and Dorka side by side, you'll definitely get poorer, so I think it's fine to use a graceful surrender.
It's already beyond the limits of what this Deck can do.

Customize

Put 《Self-Destruct Button》on the side and run away quickly.
Or an extra win from a delay.
Either way, it's a pretty hated Deck.
Countdown (´・ω・) Cute
But if you win with this Deck, you'll feel an indescribable sense of satisfaction.
A lot of super expensive cards are lined up in the opponent's field. You can still win easily.
This is an exhilarating feeling that can never be experienced in a beatdown.
I hope that you, who have read this far, can experience this feeling.
And, let's aim for the top environment with this Deck.
Addendum 3/1 Added more information. The person inside has experienced the real battle phase before.
Additional note (from the person who arranged it)
Lagia and Dorka have no choice but to rely on Lavago if the opponent is good, but since they can be piled up in pairs, let's use it when it's time to pray that the opponent will fix the battle situation until the end of the game.
If your opponent is his normal deck, you're likely to lose, so I think you can increase the number of Lavago.
As I mentioned earlier, he is Evilswarm Lagia, so you can think that he can't beat Deck.
Opion doesn't stick in this Deck by itself, but if you line it up with Xyz and Synchro that can negate Trap, you won't be able to use Lava and you'll lose.
Opion has a high chance of pulling his Quick-Play Spell out of his Deck to protect himself from his Spell Trap, and he often has defensive cards such as Cloths and Sacred Spears as well.
Rogues are useless in this case. In Grandmall, you can come out again on the next turn.
That's why I came up with a special attack with 《D.D. Warrior》...
battles damage It hurts, though.
The reason I'm not a female warrior is because I don't get addicted to Naraku.
But people don't call this a countermeasure! !
