Comprehensive evaluation: Combine with a card that skips main phase 1 to create a pseudo-turn skip.
By using 《Amorphactor Pain, the Imagination Dracoverlord》and 《Burning Bamboo Sword》together, it becomes possible to force the opponent to draw, just like with 《Thunder of Ruler》.
In that case, 《Thunder of Ruler》seems to be better because it has fewer conditions, but the advantage here is that it is a free chain.
Regarding the LP difference, it feels good to counter the opponent's actions with a card that consumes his LP.

If you think about what you want to do, it's close to the deterioration of "Threatening Roar".
Its activation conditions are stricter than 《Thunder of Ruler》, so adoption itself is less likely to be prioritized.
The unique advantage of this card is that the effect remains, and since it will be applied when the opponent declares entering the battle phase next time, it will not be wasted even if it is activated during your turn.
You can also hook someone who doesn't know this.

Basically Roar and Reconcile unconditionally do the same job.
However, this delicate text is not applied unless the opponent declares a phase shift.
Watch out for the real trap where the next turn's battle will be skipped if you carelessly end the turn after seeing the freeze activation.
