Although there are disadvantages, I think that the deck bounce is normally strong only in the opponent's field

Overall Deck Bounce is strong with unique effects. Your opponent will draw a draw, but you can overcome it depending on your ingenuity. Monsters from the EX Deck won't return to the main deck, so they won't draw. You can intentionally draw a card and use it as a trigger for Rock Bird, or aim for 《Appropriate》or 《Greed》.
Since it is difficult to differentiate it from Metaion just for the purpose of removing monsters, I would like to make good use of the fact that it can also return Spell Trap and draw.

There is a disadvantage that the amount returned is drawn, but it is possible to overthrow the disadvantage with a draw bar

The draw effect is certainly a big disadvantage, but I think it's a pretty crazy effect to bounce all the opponents. A monster with such resistance pops out of nowhere and completely destroys the opponent's board, making it a power card.
Rather than the Timelord Deck, it is quite powerful when stacked in a Deck that has a lot of Special Summon methods such as Darklord. Let's make the board again after wiping out the opponent by attacking second.
It's interesting to combine it with 《Greed》in an unusual place to get a big hit.

All Deck bounces are very hot, but you'll draw as many cards as you return to the main Deck, so don't think twice.
If you use it normally, it's for extras. However, even in that case, it's not uncommon to have a negate these days, so I'd like to hold "Dark Ruler No More" together. Well, if that's the case, you can do it with Metaion too. The Timelord is a bit quirky.

The Timelord was the most broken anime in a way. What is All Deck Bounce...
Unexpected all-bounce reproduction in the OCG version. However, it has the demerit of drawing as much as it bounces. Even so, the degree of reproduction of the original is high, and there is a loophole that does not count bounces to the EX Deck. It has a common effect and has a strong peculiarity, but it is a powerful card.

Although there is a risk of being redeployed by forcing the opponent to draw, all bounces that don't target are still attractive. Furthermore, if it's an extra deck, it won't be caught by the draw effect, so I think it's enough to break the opponent's board.

Among the Timelord, it boasts the strongest removal performance, but the added disadvantage is that it draws the number of cards returned to the Deck, so the instability lowers the rating a little.

It has the best removal performance even among the Timelords, but it has a disadvantage, and the opponent draws the number of cards returned to the deck.
However, the cards returned to the EX Deck are out of the scope, and he, who relies on controlling monsters, does not have to worry about the disadvantages of decks.

Among "the Timelord" monsters, which are excellent as a one-turn-only wall, although it has the disadvantage of making the opponent draw, I think the effect of bouncing all the cards on the opponent's field to the Deck is attractive.

The Timelord of the Second Water. It has a terrible effect of bouncing all decks, but it also has the disadvantage of drawing the opponent. It is strong that the draw does not occur by that much when the monster of the extra deck is returned. However, Metatron is good for sweepers that aren't destruction, but this is powerful because he can deal with troublesome monsters that come out of your hand with his deck bounce.

The Timelord sweeps away the entire opponent's field.
Its unique effect is to return all of the opponent's field to his deck, but force the opponent to draw that number.
As a removal, his Deck Bounce, which doesn't target, is extremely strong, but the problem is how to solve the problem of drawing for that amount.
If you let the opponent have too many cards in your hand, the Timelord's weaknesses, such as negate effects, bounces, and exclusions, will open up the field and rush you with a full hand, so it's a high-risk, high-reward time to use. The feeling is undeniable.
The Timelord has a lot of other removal, and Time Maiden can be used properly. Considering that it can be summoned with 《Time Maiden》, will it be a small number of people?

Although weakened, being able to return all of the opponent's field to his deck is strong. It may be quite sticky to opponents who use extra decks a lot.

The animation effect, which bounces all decks of the opponent's field, is still an unreasonable performance, so of course it was weakened. Although the number returned to the Deck is drawn, the number returned to the Extra is not counted, so even if an Extra Link is decided, the balance can be turned over. The problem is that considering other the Timelords added this time, it is overwhelmingly stronger to burn than to flip the board. Rather than adopting it in the Timelord, it might be better to go on a business trip with the intention of breaking the opponent's control.

If the anime version were released as it is, it would still be too powerful, and if it was TF, it would be backward compatible with Camion, so I was wondering what would happen, but they did a good job recreating it.
It can bounce all of the opponent's cards and has its own destruction resistance, making it relatively difficult to interfere.
On the other hand, it also has the disadvantage of letting you draw up to the number returned to the Deck. If you can return the cards that consumed multiple cards to deploy, you can reduce it, but it is a little unstable.
However, if it is returned to Extra, it is not included, and the current environment is often expanded from Extra, so this point is engaged.
However, if you just want to bring back monsters, Metaion with Burn is enough.
Does the point which tends to become a little unstable activity lower evaluation?

In the anime, it was a card that lost the meaning of metaion's existence called All Cards Deck Bounce, but only one could be returned with TF and it was weakened to the point of no appearance.
The board is returned to nothing without question and answer, but there is also the risk of it being re-deployed because the number of cards returned will be drawn.
Cards returned to the Extra Deck will not be drawn, so if you can hit this guy with a large number of Links going first, it's very powerful.
Well, you can do something similar with Metaion.
