Once per turn: You can target 1 card on the field; destroy it. Once while face-up on the field, when a card or effect is activated (Quick Effect): You can negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. You can only use the previous effect of "Baronne de Fleur" once per turn. Once per turn, during the Standby Phase: You can target 1 Level 9 or lower monster in your GY; return this card to the Extra Deck, and if you do, Special Summon that monster.
Congratulations on first place.

There are no particularly strict summoning conditions, so it's attractive that it's easy to summon.
However, compared to Curi Curi, it's just too bad... First of all, it's a destruction effect on turn 1 in (1), but it's a common destruction effect that targets any kind of target, but I see people here and there who tend to misunderstand it. As a reminder, this effect cannot be used during the opponent's turn.
In other words, it cannot be used for the purpose of restraining the opponent's turn, so it does not function as a deterrent effect at all. However, it doesn't make much sense to negate once, and it can easily break through our board, and in the current Yu-Gi-Oh!
Compared to Kurikuri, Kurikuri doesn't accept most monster effects, and depending on the situation, it can raise the RBI, and negate Spells and Traps on turn 1. It can be viewed as fragile because it can not be countered with a single move and the RBI is 3000 RBI, which is easy to defeat in the current Yu-Gi-Oh.
And lastly, the effect of (3), even with this effect, you need to send the target monster to be revived to your GY in advance in order to use it effectively, so it takes some time... In short, this monster. It can be said that it takes multiple Synchro Summons before it can be used.
Although it is the most attractive effect, the impression is that it is a bit peculiar because it requires appropriate preparation to use it effectively.
In general, I personally can't deny the impression that it's too fragile as a monster to be used as a placeholder or a restraint, and it's not a monster that you can expect too much. I feel like I'm not a monster that can be lifted.

2ndMichion, the Timelord

Rating Score Card Name Card-Type
Attribute Level Type ATK DEF
Michion, the Timelord ▶︎ Deck 9.9 40 Michion, the Timelord Effect Monster
- 10 Fairy 0 0
Cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck. If you control no monsters, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. Cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. You take no battle damage from attacks involving this card. At the end of the Battle Phase, if this card battled: Halve your opponent's LP. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: Shuffle this card into the Deck.

The second place that narrowly missed first place was "Michion, the Timelord"
* In the event of a tie, the one with the highest total number of evaluations will be ranked higher.

One of the Timelord.
The effect is a ridiculous effect that halves the opponent's LP of the threat.
It's fun as the Timelord Deck, but I think it's going to be adopted by Fullburn along with Sundaion and Miko.
If this card can reduce the opponent's LP to 4000 (half), I think there will be a new form of Burn Deck based on that premise.

3rdLord of the Heavenly Prison

Rating Score Card Name Card-Type
Attribute Level Type ATK DEF
Lord of the Heavenly Prison ▶︎ Deck 9.9 20 Lord of the Heavenly Prison Effect Monster
- 10 Rock 3000 3000
During your Main Phase: You can activate this effect; this card in your hand becomes revealed until the end of your opponent's turn. While this card is revealed by this effect, Set cards on the field cannot be destroyed by card effects. If a Set Spell/Trap Card is activated (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon this card from your hand, then, if you activated this effect while this card was revealed, you can reveal and Set 1 Spell/Trap directly from your Deck, but banish it during the End Phase of the next turn. You can only use 1 "Lord of the Heavenly Prison" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

One of the Normal Trap enhancement cards recently recommended by KONAMI
While protecting the back from the biggest opponents of the Trap Deck such as 《Harpie's Feather Duster》and 《Lightning Storm》, it also becomes a valuable hitting point that tends to be lacking in his Traptrix. Also, although it seems to be compatible with Eld, it is not very compatible. As for the reason, it doesn't mesh well with the effect of 《Eldlixir of Scarlet Sanguine》that can't put out Hell or he can't protect Continuous Trap. Occasionally, there are people who try to chain to the effect of Blood Dye to activate Heaven, but his Special Summon effect in Heaven is not a "time" but a "case", so I can't use it. Also, as a small tip, if you return Tengoku to your hand with the effect of Compulsory Evacuation Device, you can Special Summon Tengoku after you deal with Extortion. I don't think I use it much, but if I remember it, it might be useful?
