The effect at Special Summon is excellent, and in combination with Nemleria Louve, which has already been mentioned by others, it is possible to establish a Friche interference combo that has never existed in Nemrelia, of course, the other effect is also an accident. It is an effect that makes up for 《Dreaming Nemleria》, which lost all 《Dream Tower of Princess Nemleria》from Deck · GY, and it is a very reassuring monster that brings stability to the Deck.
The weak point is the low hitting point. It has a self-strengthening effect, but in Nemrelia, where the EX Deck is steadily decreasing, there is nothing like this. .

《Nemleria Louve》is used on the opponent's turn to interfere, then it returns to the hand and on the return turn 《Dreaming Nemleria》is placed in the Extra Deck.
There is also a strong movement to return Special Summoned 《Dreaming Nemleria》to the Deck and then place it again.
However, since it's a Fairy, does it bother me that it won't be searched by 《Dream Tower of Princess Nemleria》?
If you have it in your initial hand, it will be a little sad, so I think you'll have a preference for the number of cards you put in.

Return Dreaming Nemleria to his Deck, and while Special Summoning this card, (2) can place that Nemrelia in Ex. I think it's a card that understands the movement of 《Nemrelia》. If you do a Special Summon on your opponent's turn with something like Machina Force4 , you can hit your opponent with a slightly slower Book of Moon, so it's not bad. The effect of the level 10 Nemureria monster that appeared at the beginning was a little disturbing and subtle, so I think it's good that there are more monsters that can properly interfere. If you can move without restrictions, you can make it to rank 10, and it is also useful as a general level 10 to some extent.
Better if you can keep ATK 3000 or Beast.
