My favorite trap.
The effect in the first half is a simple 1:1 exchange, and the Phantom Knights are excluded so much that it doesn't spoil much.
The latter half of the effect is a bit quirky in terms of attack response, but just being in GY will at least keep the attack in check, and it's even better if you can leave a starting point.
1:1 exchange + 2 walls is strong, but it doesn't have a quick effect, so I think it's a pretty well-balanced card, but it's annoying to play against.
