Furthermore, the effect of the revived BF is negate, and a combo like Blizzard + Gale is impossible. Ultimately, EX monsters other than BF cannot be deployed.

You can perform level 7 synchros that you couldn't do with Blizzard. For BF, star 7 is a fiercely contested area, so it's great that he can get it out in one shot.
