BF with a fishing effect similar to Blizzard. The hit point is lower than blizzard, so it's easy to search from a whirlwind. Since it's level 4, it's easier to connect to high level S than over there.
However, it has a lot of tough conditions compared to Blizzard.
First of all, it depends on the opponent's place to activate the effect. In the current environment, Special Summon is commonplace, so it's easy to meet the conditions, but if you go first, the basic effect will rot.
Furthermore, the effect of the revived BF is negate, and a combo like Blizzard + Gale is impossible. Ultimately, EX monsters other than BF cannot be deployed.
BF has excellent S, but it's a bit painful not to be able to handle excellent links such as Wise and Khalifa. The range of tactics tends to be narrow.
It's an effect that can lead to an S summon with just one card, but overall it's not a great card. There are too many other useful targets.
