Fusion material substitutes cannot be used, but the materials are loosely tied and the number of supports makes it easy to prepare Bramagi Girl, so summoning is not difficult.
For example, the conditions can be met by throwing away Girl with Dragon Magic and reviving from Fusion Search or Timaeus.
As for the effect, it's not bad as it can be used for breaking through and suppressing, but it's limited to the front side.
