That's what Deck is for.
I think the new card 《Eternal Soul》will be the key card to increase the explosiveness of this Deck.
It should be quite strong if the activation is not disturbed.

Strength

☆《Eternal Soul》☆
Drop Black Magician into his GY early on to take advantage of 《Eternal Soul》.
It's basic, but if it's in GY, it's a key point for expansion.
《Eternal Soul》enhances the explosive power of this Deck, so I think it will be strong if you use Xyz or Synchro for Bramagi and move it once every turn.
☆ Timaeus Basic Combo ☆
① Prismer → 《The Eye of Timaeus》to bring out Paladin, Dragoon, and Amulet.
Which one to choose depends on the situation at that time. I personally recommend Dragon Knight. Cute.
②Make a Dragon Knight, Wyarm, and Amulet by using fusion.
Depending on your hand, Emergency Call may be stronger if you search for Blazeman.

Weakness

・If 《Eternal Soul》is destroyed, it will be \(^o^)/ in a trembling state. The stability will collapse a little, so feel free to check the balance.

Customize

・In some cases, even if you add another Gagaga Magician, I feel that it may be easier to connect to the Xyz Compo.
・You can also consider adopting Topheni Dragon. Dragon/Light/Special Summon possible factor.
If you put 《Magical Dimension》and lots of BMGs on the release axis, you may be able to do another interesting move.
・If 《Eternal Soul》can be activated at an early stage, you can also consider adopting Magic・《Eradicator Epidemic Virus》. Strong if determined.
・《King of the Swamp》is also excellent. Fusion search can also be done instead of materials. However, since it is level 3 water, it seems that this Deck cannot be expected to be more active.
・《The Tricky》can also be considered. His Spellcaster, which can be Special Summoned, also excels in RBI. However, the level 5 style is a flaw in the ball.
・It's easy to spoil due to balance, but it has the power of the fusion material, so if you hit it with something like De-Fusion, you can overkill it.
・If 《Dark Burning Magic》spins well, it will show great power. Either way, if you can't draw 《Eternal Soul》, there is a high possibility that it will go bad.
・There is also a way to change 《Dark Burning Attack》to 《Burst Stream of Destruction》. Both are spells that drop and shoot from the basic prisma, and both have advantages and disadvantages. In terms of feeling, it's a balance between thunderbolt and weakening the pursuit, or rivalry and pursuing.
Personally, I would like to use a new card, and if anything, I feel that Dark Burning Attack is easier to use. When inserting 《Dark Burning Magic》, wouldn't it be better to adjust the replacement in this frame?

《Harpie's Feather Duster》can be shot in any situation and has versatility, but it's a Bramagi Deck. Also, when I turn it around, the situation where Bramage is on the field is unexpectedly rough, and it can be searched with 《Eternal Soul》, so I thought it would be more interesting to set 2 black, magic, and guides romantically, although it has both advantages and disadvantages. I think that you will understand when you use it, but I feel that it will not rot unexpectedly. I put it in with the enthusiasm that I could search the feather broom.
Well, it's up to you which one you prefer.
・There is room for consideration in the current environment where 《Harpie's Feather Duster》is very active, star Lightsworn. The key point is not to destroy 《Eternal Soul》, so the means to negate destruction brings stability in another sense. In that case, change Senkoryuu to his Stardust Dragon. I have saved 3 of them for this occasion. For the time being, the three new cards are cards that can make use of 《Dark Magician of Chaos》.
・《Dark Magician of Chaos》
This time's new featured ace card. That's a good errata.
For the time being, there are basically three ways to put out: 《Dedication through Light and Darkness》, Coffin of Resurrection, and 《Monster Reborn》. If it comes to your hand, you can send him to GY as a cost, or you can remove him from GY as a chaos factor. (In the worst case, it can be revived with DDR.) If you put it on the field, you can collect his spell from GY during the end phase, so even if you cut his spell card at the cost, you can pick it up later. That's why I chose 1 Black/Magic/Dou. With this in mind, choose carefully which spells to exclude when casting a spell dragon.
A particularly powerful combo is to activate Coffin on a maiden. If you put Blue-Eyed and Black Magician side by side on the field and use it as an Xyz material at rank 8 on the return turn, you can put Black Magician on his GY again! In other words, you can reuse it!
You can catch it with a spell dragon, and if you keep it in GY, it will be useful.
・《Dedication through Light and Darkness》
I think that this Deck configuration is basically hard to rot.
I played several matches after the new restrictions, but it was a big success. Since it is a Quick-Play Spell, it can be used both offensively and defensively.
It's so strong.
・DDR
It can also be used to reuse 《Dark Magician of Chaos》, and you can revive monsters that have been banished with Chaos Frames or Dragon Mirrors.
If you want to focus on DARK with a pinpoint, it would be nice to open the dark dimension.
However, I chose DDR because of its speed and respawn range, and because it is a deck that can find meaning even in cards that drop due to cost.
As you can see, this Deck has many cards that have a hand cost, so use it wisely.
In addition, since you can search every turn with 《Eternal Soul》, I think it would be good to add another Black/Magic/Tou, or another copy of Emergency Call to increase stability. I don't think there's that much of a problem in terms of balance if it's up to 42 cards.

It was pointed out that the balance was bad because the range of things I wanted to do was too wide, so I adjusted it.
I want to make 《Dark Magician of Chaos》strong, but it will always cause accidents, and thanks to 《Dedication through Light and Darkness》, the cards dropped by Prismer will inevitably become blazing. There is no meaning in being able to discriminate. I came to the conclusion that it was removed.
If 《Dark Magician of Chaos》and 《Dedication through Light and Darkness》are included in this composition, I think it would be a good idea to change regions with Timaeus-1.
