A special removal spell used by Pandora's bramagi in the original Battle City edition.
Its removal ability is "Tribute to The Doomed" that can't be used unless a specific monster is on the field instead of requiring no hand cost.
It can't be helped because it's time for OCG, but since Black Magic is a dedicated Feather Duster, I can't help but think that this card should have been the same as the original Thunderbolt.

Comprehensive evaluation: 《Eternal Soul》can be searched, and if one copy is used, is it useful?
It's only a single target removal with conditions, but since it can be searched without cost due to 《Eternal Soul》, you can aim to use it at any time.
If you use 《Eternal Soul》, you won't lose if you put it in, but it's tough if you take it out.

Bramage is a card that has a lot of support on par with Blue-Eyed, and this card itself has become much easier to handle because of the appearance of search methods such as 《Eternal Soul》.
However, even if you take that into consideration, it is undeniable that the conditional removal of a single monster is inadequate, as is often said.

《Eternal Soul》《Magician's Rod》《Soul Servant》《Dark Magic Inheritance》etc. It can be used as a single target removal as well as a non-target removal, so it can be removed as long as it doesn't have destruction resistance.
The increased card pool makes it easier to put Dark Magician into play during your own turn, making it easier to use. However, it is difficult to say whether it is a useful card enough to prepare a slot to put in the deck.

You can't choose which opponent you're targeting, but there's no limit to how you can activate it. There is no point in using it.
It didn't have any particular advantage, but since the search cards for 《Eternal Soul》and Bramaghi Support Cards came out, it came into play as a search target.
I don't think I would use it for that.

The removal regardless of battle position is fairly strong, but the fact that a card that doesn't target Earth Smasher is easier to deal with troublesome monsters lowers the rating of this card.
That said, it's still fairly powerful among Black Magician's support cards, so it's possible to consider adopting it.

If Black Magician is the core, this is a card you'll want to include as a joke.
Raikou can be destroyed regardless of battle position, which is surprisingly important.
Well, in terms of accident rate, it would be better to use another card.
There is also 《Proof of Powerlessness》, so which one to use depends on your preference.
