Although it is powerful, there are many Decks that value GY resources, including dragons, and if you do not activate it after looking carefully at the situation, you will often be strangled.
Synergy with exclusion, recovery before activation is a place where you want to be solid.
The important dragon is his GY manure, but the fusion that you want to actively summon with this is only FGD, which consumes a lot of his GY resources, so it's surprisingly difficult to adopt.
