Hand Synchro. Mecha Phantom Beast often lacks summoning rights, and there are many scenes where you want to deploy but you can't.
However, since this card can be synchronized from your hand, it does not put pressure on your summoning rights.
The problem is binding.
When you actually use it, you can see how troublesome this binding is.
Together with Mr. Concorda (I call it ry, but Mr. Concorde is very subtle. Since it's not an effect that can turn the tide of battle, even if you synchronize from your hand, it's easy to get into a situation where you're like, "So, what do you want to do?"
Also, the second effect is rarely used in practice.
In such a situation, there was no reason why this card would be dropped, and even if it was put out again, the only ones who could use it were the newly released halyards.
It doesn't mesh with Raptor's generation at all, and in Desert Wolf, the situation doesn't improve at all just by being told "Ah, ah".
Machine Star 6 or 7 will change when it comes out. disappointing. I almost never synchronized

Hand Synchronization is good, but due to restrictions, only Power Tools and Karakuri can be played outside of Concorda.
Concorda's performance is subtle, so it is questionable whether it is meaningful to adopt this card and aim for Synchro. It would be interesting to mix it with Karakuri.
The after effect is certainly delicious. It can be used for various release effects of Mecha Phantom Beast, including Mega Raptor's token generation trigger.
