Why is ATK the lowest among level 4 mermails even though it's an effect that triggers battle... Huh? Lang? Mander? I don't know of such a card.
At the very least, it would have been better if they changed it to something like "monsters in SS cannot attack this turn" instead of defensive SS. It wouldn't make much sense to send a level 7 mermail with this...
He doesn't have enough ATK anyway.

Strong if scored, but RBI...
There is no level limit, but since it is used in defense, it is basic to use Linde or Xyz with Pike Targe.
You can also use the tactic of hitting the opponent who has become defensive with 《Eisbahn》.
No bill cost...

You can aim for rank 4 by itself, but it's honestly tough to trigger battle destruction with this status. It's like asking me to match it with the new "Abyss-scorn", but even so, the card consumption will only increase.
