Aside from being vulnerable to removal, it's hard to say that it's reliable because the lock target is high-level, so it's highly dependent on opponents now that cards without levels are active.
In the second half, you can revive two bodies and earn an ad, but it's limited to the same name, so it's slow as well.
It's kind of poor in dexterity, and even with a deck that has useful resurrection targets, it's hard to prioritize.
