Strength

Xyz's options are quite wide and the extras are pretty tight. Well, it's a fan deck, so it's not packed too much.

Weakness

It's a place where you can't be too bullish against the opponent's back. Cyclone is the only card that can break set cards, and even if you deal with monsters with Volka or Crystal Zero, they will be caught in attack triggers and reversed at once in a turn.

Customize

It would be nice to increase the number of cards that can break more set cards.
Also, if you want to increase your win rate, it's better to remove Riot Harphia and Cheap God and add Adreus, Durandal, or other highly versatile Rank 5s.
