Playing

Xyz by deploying Penguins. This is basic operation.

Strength

Deployment 1: Xyz by summoning a level 3 or 4 Penguin with Rescue Rabbit.
Deployment 2: Special summon 《The Great Emperor Penguin》with 《Transmodify》to a level 4 Penguin to deploy two Penguins.
Deployment 3: Level 3 by 《Bubble Bringer》, deployment of 2 bodies.
Deployment 4: Destroy Puny Penguin in back defense and summon his GY's The Great Emperor Penguin.
Development 5: 《Nopenguin》in his GY.
[Compulsory] special summon when the effects of Emperor Monarch, child type, and Nightmare are activated.
Deployment 6: Change the level of the monster deployed in 1 to 5 with the City of Oblivion effect to create an Xyz that is not rank 3 or 4.
Exclusion 1: Negation and Nightmare Combo. When Nightmare reverses and the effect activates when Negation is present in her GY

Therefore, after Negation is summoned, it is a Nightmare effect, but here, the Negation effect allows you to banish one opponent's card instead of bouncing it. This works surprisingly well.

Expanding and excluding by negation works quite well.
Emperor Monarch does not special summon 2 monsters of the same level even if they have the same name, so there is a level 3 and 4 with Nightmare surviving and denial being special summoned, and there is no balance, but in Emperor Monarch the level is not 3 and 4 can be summoned one by one, so ranks 3 and 4 can be deployed in the above-mentioned development.
Aquaria can be special summoned and used as 《Transmodify》material. You can also use it as a Tribute to the Great Emperor Monarch. I put it in because I can set up a tactic to return the monsters that were removed by special summons with Reviere in the later developments.

Customize

● Xyz Monsters are completely hobby-oriented. I think you can put your favorite rank 3-6 monsters here.
Before [Negation] came out, the number of Bubbles was 3, but now you can expect a Special Summon of Denial, so just by the effect alone, you'll have Level 3 on the field, and you can Xyz, so it's a big deal to pin Libide. I feel that reviving Emperor Monarch would be more expansive, so I have 2 Bubbles and 1 Livide, but I think it's different here.
● Since it has the effect of 《Nopenguin》, you can insert 《Penguin Soldier》, but unlike Nightmare, if it remains on the field, the level will not match any monster. Also, unlike Nightmare, it's limited to monsters, so I didn't put it in, but it might be okay to put it in with a pin.
