Overall evaluation: 《Nightmare Penguin》is better if you use Penguin support, and I would like to take advantage of the fact that it is a Normal Monster.
《Nightmare Penguin》is better than 《The Great Emperor Penguin》because it has a global strengthening effect.

A level 4 vanilla Penguin, the race is his Aqua which is the mainstream Penguin race.
Vanilla Penguin also has Thunder's Bolt Penguin at level 3, with almost the same stats.
The biggest job of this card is to recruit 2 characters from Rabbit and Emperor Monarch to become Bahasha.
Since it's vanilla, it doesn't trigger the effect of 《Nopenguin》, and there's not much point in reviving it with 《Puny Penguin》, so if you don't use rabbits, it's a bit difficult to prioritize Nightmare, even if it's unnecessarily difficult to obtain.

Both 《The Great Emperor Penguin》and 《Rescue Rabbit》are supported. If you combine it with the same vanilla Penguin 《Bolt Penguin》, you'll have an interesting fight.
