Overall Rating: Penetration is better if Defense Position is Attack Position.
《Earthquake》etc. is enough to change Attack Position to Defense Position.
The main usage is to attack by changing the Defense Position to the Attack Position, but even if you think about it for that purpose, Ancient Forest etc. is sufficient, and if the opponent's monster's defense is low, you can penetrate and damage it.
It's pretty tough because of the hand cost.
