《Deep Sea Diva》also helps him to grow GY and reach Rank 2.
As for weakening, 500 doesn't have much of an impact, but there weren't any others that could support combat, and there are scenes where it works.
If you expand it in large numbers, it will reach 1500, so whether or not you can aim that far is useful.

However, this card is one of the better ones.
