It was a text that could only be thought of as a mistake, but it became possible to activate it with HERO support that ignores the summoning conditions such as 《Instant Contact》and special summons, so it is not completely useless.
Also, since it's Neku "Lloyd" Shaman, you can receive Lloyd support. Judai x Kakeru's Kupukuri sister is a big delight.

Since it corresponds to 《Instant Contact》, fusion materials are unnecessary and easy to use.
You can attack with 《Elemental HERO Neos》, or you can use this card as a fusion material.
Also, by pure coincidence, it can also be used as a fusion material for 《Super Vehicroid - Mobile Base》, so you can use it with 《Instant Contact》to fusion summon other Elemental HEROs.

Necrodarkman itself has a GY effect, so it's perfect for Miracle Fusion after using the effect. However, for some reason, the effect of reviving the opponent's monster is attached to the removal effect that was prepared to cover the low stats, and the AD difference on the board does not change.
If there is a weakening or self-strengthening with this, there is still salvation, but it is a bit harsh if there is no such thing.

An E-fusion that is also a roid. It can be revived with a mixer.
The material is specified twice, but since it is a particularly abundant HERO in the search, it should be easy to summon. Necrodark has his GY activation effect, so it works well with the fusion itself.
However, the essential effect is quite situational. It's a removal spell, but in the end it revives the opponent's field, so I haven't gotten any adverts. If you do it poorly, you may end up in an extra predicament. I think it will take a lot of ingenuity to make the most of it, but I'm not sure if HERO, who has a very strict EX frame, can afford that.
I think it's a pretty strong card.
