Unlike the recent deck that specializes in leading development, it will be a deck that specializes in turning after attacking.
He builds a deck with the premise of attacking second, but instead of using cards that stop the first move, he uses many cards that can be flipped on their own and cards that consume the opponent's hand.
Below is a description of the cards used. Since this is a Cyber Deck, the description of Cyber Dragon cards is omitted.

This card does not use anything other than Infinity materials.

The most important role is a bluff to pass 《Evenly Matched》. If you Special Summon only this card and enter the Battle Phase, you can distract 《Evenly Matched》from your consciousness, and if you release it, you can make the most of 《Evenly Matched》. It can also be used as a link material for Black Luster Soldier occasionally.
《Called by the Grave》…Urara is really tough. It's simply powerful in banishment, so I think two copies are necessary.
《Evenly Matched》…The key card and concept of this deck. This Deck is not a second-attack 1kill, but a Deck that depletes the opponent's resources with 《Evenly Matched》and wins resources by continuing advantageous exchanges with Infinity and Megafleet. In particular, the backside exclusion is strong and does not let you reuse it. It leaves one opponent's card, but I think it also works well with Cyber Dragon.

① Don't let Eldlich activate GY
Eltric cards can be activated once each on the field and in GY, so there's no way they won't be hit by 《Evenly Matched》that banishes them.
② You can press for a choice that is advantageous for Mascarena development
Since Mascarena's effect can only be activated during the Main Phase, Evenly Matched activates during the Battle Phase.
First, give up the priority of main 1 without giving anything.
Here the opponent chooses whether or not to use Mascarena's effect. Depending on the opponent's options, you can bring in the following game developments.
1. When the effect of Mascarena is activated in Main 1
Since Mascarena's effect has been activated, Main 1 will not end and the priority will return to you and Main 1 will continue. The first to come out of Mascarena is Troymare Unicorn, and his powerful Deck bounce blockage is sealed at this point. Even if Apollousa or Astram comes out, in main 1 he can play Cyber Dragon and fusion summon Megafleet.
2) If Mascarena's effect is not activated in main 1
If you play 《Evenly Matched》during the Battle Phase, you will only have 1 card left on your opponent's field. Due to the characteristics of Mascarena, you can't activate the effect unless you have Mascarena and 2 monsters as materials, so you can block Mascarena.
These are moves that can only be done with 《Evenly Matched》. I think it's a card worth having 3 copies of.
Mugen Awakage… Unlike Veiler, it is strong in that it can pass through 《Called by the Grave》. Also, he can block the effects of Borrel S Dragon and Thunder Dragon with the first move of the second attack, which is a strength that Veiler does not have, which is the reason why he was adopted. About EX Decks

Borreload … Due to the high firepower of the deck, you don't need to put in the Borrel sword. He put Borreload in that slot and added more countermeasures.
Velta Anaconda…Required because you can use Overlord Fusion. Better than any other of his decks. Overload with Anaconda Fusion → Rampage ss. Black Luster Soldier … A Link Monster made from Mega Fleet. He has strong resistance and has the highest ATK among Rank 3.

Azeus...Because it's a Machine, it can be used even after Nexteer. It is both a resistance countermeasure and an obstruction card.

Strength

Cyber's strength is overwhelming firepower. Because 1kill can be done easily, it is easy to aim for early settlement. Therefore, even if there is a slight difference in advantage, you can push hard.
Since it uses multiple power cards that turn after attacking, it is more stable than his Cyber Deck, which specializes in fusion and 1kill.

Weakness

Induction is tough anyway. As soon as the search of the core is blocked, the movement becomes dull. The initial 《Machine Duplication》will not be able to develop ideally with Urara, Wehler, and 《Infinite Impermanence》.

Customize

Hand trigger countermeasures
As you can see from its weak point, the card trigger is too strong, so it might be a good idea to increase 《Crossout Designator》. However, the frame of Deck is tight.
