As for the flow...
1. Send cards to GY using various Lightsworn, etc.
2. Search for 《Judgment Dragon》with 《Eclipse Wyvern
3. Beat to win with Judgment Dragon and various Dragon Rulers
Long story short, just issue a judgment and burn the field to burn with the Dragon Ruler.
Lightsworn's deck itself is not that difficult to operate and is easy to understand.
~ Cards that fell out of the Deck ~
[Chaos Monarch Dragon-Emissary of the End-] (And Goes)
The founding partner (?) who returned after an errata. A heavy pledge was added that the effects of other cards could not be used to reduce burn damage and use the effect, but he destroyed each other's fields and hands and sent his GY and a threatening reset effect that was more than judgment. . I can attack and defend with his GY add, so unless the opponent is also his deck of the same type, I will have to solve it with the top 1 card on the return turn. At level 8, he is DARK, and since he is a dragon, he can search with Eclipse, so it wasn't difficult to bring him. However, if you do a pact search, you can't use the effect on that turn, so you have to wait. Still, it was 3000 RBIs and the effect was delicious if it was decided, even if it was impossible, I put it in as a factor to step on the trap. However, the number of Darkness that can be put in the Deck is less than 5 Goes and Neguga combined, and I didn't want to include Goes too much when building the Deck, so I was able to pass.
[Jet Synchron]
As it turns out, I haven't had many opportunities to use it. It's like Valve's successor, and now it consumes one hand, but at level 1, he's an excellent tuner who can Special Summon from GY. So when it came to what to sync, it was only about level 8 sync with Dragon Ruler. Right now, the only extras are flash dragons, and I felt that there was no chance to get that far.
~ Recruitment card ~
[Lightray Diabolos]
A Lightray monster that was put in instead of End. It's mainly the Eclipse search destination after Judgment. Unlike Judgment, you can put out 5 types of light, 2800 RBI and his deck bounce of set cards, and at this time you can also recover judgment from Eclipse removal. Using Trap here will increase your chances of justice. One of the advantages is that he is a level 7, so he can become a Dragon Ruler and a rank 7.
[Peropero Cerperus]
Unlike Nekuga, it takes damage, but you can break the cards on your opponent's field. At first, I had 3 copies of Negga due to the demise of the deck, but since it's gone, and if I can't cut that much, he doesn't have to worry too much about LPs, so I put it in. It can also be used to revive debris, and in the worst case, it functions as a wall of 1800 DEF.
[Soul Charge, 《Instant Fusion》and Elder Entity Norden]
I simply put together one color as a resurrection card, but the role is slightly different. First of all, "Soul Charge", it's painful that you can't do the LP cost and the battle phase, but you can deploy multiple GY's Lightsworn to fertilize his GY in large quantities at the end, or you can use Synchro or his Xyz. It is perfect that you can also set up a monster. His GY fertilization, especially from his Lightsworn expansion, was the reason for the adoption.
Simple Noden is simply a strong card, and it's exceptional to be able to become a 7 or 8 Synchro or Rank 4 with one card, so I put it in (sorry it's not a good reason)
[Dragon Ravine]
Since one card in your hand becomes 《Foolish Burial》exclusively for dragons, you can drop Eclipse and Dragon Ruler with pinpoint accuracy while cutting the cards you want to drop to GY. Lightsworn's effect randomly sends multiple cards to his GY, so I adopted it to prevent Eclipse from rotting.
By the way, he has 43 cards in his deck because he thinks that there are not many cards that can be removed from the main deck when considering side changes.

Strength

I think there are 3 main strengths:
・Even if you are in an inferior position, you can turn it over at once if the judgment passes.
Rylo's GY Fertilize ability works very well with Dragon Ruler
・Thanks to 《Eclipse Wyvern》, you can consistently add Judgment to your hand.
In particular, Dragon Ruler's Eclipse Exclusion → Judgment Search is strong, so I think it's easier to bring Judgment than his other Lightsworn derivative decks. Even in today's hyperinflationary environment, the card power of Judgment alone is still strong.
We tend to focus on Judgment and Dragon Ruler, but having access to level 7 Synchro from the set of Luminous and Raiden, Debris and 《Card Trooper》(and Cerperos) is also a strong point. He has a lot of dragons among the monsters that come out synchronizing, so even if he goes to GY, he will be the cost of Dragon Ruler, and if he is on the field, he can also become rank 7 together.

Weakness

・ Vulnerable to general exclusion due to GY dependency
・However, since it uses Dragon Ruler, it's difficult to block exclusion.
・The deck is sent to his GY at high speed, so destroying the deck is not compatible with the opponent.
・Can't move if Special Summon is blocked by Judgment, various Dragon Rulers, or Luminous effects of lower class base points...
In this way, Lilo Dragon Ruler has many weaknesses, and it is very difficult to deal with them one by one, even with the side deck. Below is a side deck that I put together after considering the decks I use around me.
[Side Deck]
・Monster 4 pieces
Proliferating G×3
Metaion, the Timelord》×1
・ 7 spells
Galaxy Cyclone》×3
Black Hole
Lightning Vortex x3
・ Trap 4 sheets
Breakthrough skill x1
Torrent Funeral × 3
[Proliferating G]
Since it is difficult to put meta cards in the deck, we adopted it in order to compete by taking ads instead of hindering the opponent and reducing the number of ads. His deck doesn't do Special Summon, so it doesn't spoil easily, and since it's EARTH, it's also an advantage that it can be the cost of redox. If the opponent can stop the development with this card, that's fine. Even if it is deployed, you can counterattack on the return turn with the hand advantage drawn by the effect. However, do not forget that there is a danger that it will be overwhelmed as it is because it does not hinder the action.
[Metaion, the Timelord]
Actually, this is a free frame, and as a result of wondering what to put in the one extra frame, I adopted this card. After battle, it has a powerful effect that bounces and burns all monsters on the field, and although it is weak against bounces and exclusions, it is resistant to destruction. I would like to say that thanks to the resistance, it will be a certain amount of insurance against the next opponent's counterattack, but I feel uneasy when the excellent rank 4 is flying around. Personally, I think of it as a removal card that requires summoning rights, like Dark Hole, which will be described later. And since this is his FIRE, it's possible to revive him at the cost of a blaster, so there is also a bounce from there.
[Galaxy Cyclone]
A new back removal card that breaks the set card if it's in your hand, and breaks permanent if it's GY. You can destroy troublesome 《Macro Cosmos》, 《Vanity's Emptiness》, and 《Skill Drain》with cards that activate GY. Unlike Cyclone, it is not a Quick-Play Spell and cannot remove Permanent from hand and Set from GY. Note that it is not a Quick-Play Spell and cannot be chained. However, even with that in mind, it's still an excellent card, so it's a card you definitely want to have on your side.
[Black Hole, Lightning Vortex, Torrential Funeral]
Total removal is great justice. Both are factors in removing troublesome monsters on the field. Raibol also adopted Necro Gardner and 《Electromagnetic Turtle》in his hand because he can actively drop it into his GY. In Lightsworn, a little bit of ad loss doesn't hurt as much as it can be overturned by judgment. Including Torrent Funeral, we have a large number of 7 cards, and we will destroy the opponent's field.
However, considering Dark Law that appeared in HERO Strak, I'm wondering if I should give priority to Groundbreaker. If you use Luminous, your hand will be consumed quickly, so even if you draw it, you won't be able to use it, so I'm not sure which one is better.
[Breakthrough Skill]
A trap that can also be triggered from GY. Due to the nature of the deck, this card works very well. If it is in your hand, you can use it face down once, and you can use it once and twice with GY. However, since the Garigari Deck will be scraped, let's not expect to draw too much thinking that the basics will fall. Even though GY is only for your turn, you can negate the monster effect of one opponent. With this, you can turn to the offense because you can disable destruction resistance and so on. Around me, it works as a countermeasure against troublesome monsters such as Pleiades and 《Cyber Dragon Infinity》. The aforementioned black hole and lightning vortex, torrent burial, and troublesome monster countermeasures will play a role, but the other side is weak against the destruction system, and this one only negates, so there is a point that you need a means to handle it. Different.

Customize

The main and side decks are based on his decks around me, so I think the customization points will change from time to time. However, I'm not sure what to do about adding 《Soul Charge》and 《Instant Fusion》and resurrection cards, and increasing the number of Raiden and Kargan to make it easier to feed his GY during the main phase, so I'm not sure what to do, so I'll change it. maybe
