Playing

■ 1st turn
If there is a Tuner, the basic movement is to develop from Chaos Ruler, if not, St. Minerva.
Depending on how many Lightsworn he has in GY (and his hand), Saint Minerva can be prioritized, but in most cases, moving towards maximum output with his deck will lead to better results (should be).
I want to keep 《Breakthrough Skill》face down or drop it in GY, so I want the Deck to dig as much as possible.
■ 2nd turn onwards
Hit with all your might.
Even if the LP becomes 1 point or the resource becomes empty, if you can pass 8000 RBIs on the field, you will win, so let's win Tsume Shogi!

Strength

A variant that maximizes his Lightsworn's explosive power at the expense of stability.
《Charge of the Light Brigade》, St. Minerva, Chaos Ruler, etc. will repeatedly summon S, X, L with Wolf & Ferris and black and white dragons.
In particular, Chaos Ruler has a high chance of gaining an advantage, and even if the battlefield is leveled by judgment, it will come back on its own, making it a good partner for Lilo.

(1) Consideration of compatible cards
# 《Effect Veiler》, 《Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit》
A hand trigger that can be searched with Chaos Ruler.
Considering that extra G is easy to spoil after the 2nd turn (Deck goes straight), and there are few cards that can stop the opponent even if you draw, it may be better to use this.
＃《Fairy Tail - Snow》
Being able to remove monsters from the field with a free chain and a cost is strong... but it seems like it's compatible with Lilo, but it's bad.
However, the point that makes it easier to put out curios is highly evaluated.
＃《Destrudo the Lost Dragon's Frisson》
With this Deck, it's difficult to process when it comes to your hand, and halving LP is painful because the remaining bullets of Judgment are reduced.
I think he'll be more in DARK, and Twilight Lilo with 《Allure of Darkness》will do a good job.
＃《Chaos Dragon Levianeer》
You can get 《Psychic End Punisher》with a single card (…but Master Duel is not yet implemented?).
Ruler and his GY cannibalize his cost, but DARK is great.
＃《Archnemeses Eschatos》
Useful as an outpouring of judgment.
However, since the ruler and his GY cost are eclipsed and he is his LIGHT, is this deck tough?

→ It's hard to reduce the amount of bullets remaining in Judgment, and this Deck's summoning right is tight, so I'm adjusting it to 0-1. (v0.6)

A good card that becomes a trump card in Tsume Shogi.
Effect resistance is surprisingly useful, slipping through cards that "choose" to remove or negate effects, and strangely doesn't even get caught in Nibiru's fall.
Since it is LIGHT, it also supports Honest.
(2) ratio of his DARK in the main deck
(In this deck) Twi Lightsworn is harder to use than you might think.
Collapsers are easy to draw into your hand, so it's okay, but I feel like he wants a few more DARKs.

I'm not sure if I can draw it in my first hand, but if I open too many frames, it will affect my movement, so maybe 4 is the limit.

(4) St. Minerva and Black and White Dragon are not compatible
I decided to consider adding 4 stars to his Special Summon possible on my own.
(5) Improved access to Curios
I want to use Chaos Ruler as material, but he lacks DARK.
If you want to align with LIGHT, it's easy to use Hikari Luminous, but it's too scary that you can't stop even if you hit an extra G.
Ultimately, it may be possible to escape from the extra deck.
