It is a deck that specializes in his Pendulum Summon (hereafter, P summon) that incorporates the gimmick of Odd-Eyes, which is compatible with Dragon Ruler.
This is my first post, and I appreciate your feedback.

Strength

Dragon Ruler has the effect of returning to your hand when Special Summoned, so it works well with Pendulum Summoning.
《Dragon Ravine》, 《Eclipse Wyvern》to his GY at the Mausoleum⇒Exclude Odd-Eyes⇒Exclude Eclipse to summon Dragon Ruler⇒Add Odd-Eyes to hand⇒Set to scale self-destruction⇒Magician .
Since P monsters remain in P scale as Continuous Spells, they can also be used as destruction targets for Scrap and Dragion.

Weakness

Since most of the cards in your hand are used for P summons, it is very difficult to recover from interference (removal, negate, etc.).
There is also the point that Dragon Ruler and Magician are prone to card mishaps due to their lack of synergy.
Still, it's a slow deck that requires a lot of groundwork, despite its unfolding power that it can't start moving until it's ready.
Xyz and Synchro using level 7 Odd-Eyes look powerful at first glance, but there is also the problem that the Odd-Eyes used as a material can only be used as a last resort because it is not sent to Extras.

Customize

[Timegazer Magician]
One of the star readings is that he can secure a scale 8 even with Odd-Eyes, and in the worst case, he thought that it would be good if he could perform a level 7 P summon, so he reduced the number of Magicians that were the cause of the accident. If you are worried about pin throwing, you may increase it.
[Card Trooper]
GY fertilize + draw, I thought it was worth adopting as a debris resurrection target, but if the P monster was sent to GY, there would be no means of collecting it, so I thought it wouldn't fit this gimmick. I have not.
Instead, we chose the ravine and mausoleum where you can drop your favorite cards with pinpoint accuracy.
