Strength

As for how to move, the basic action is to issue a Rank 8 Xyz as I wrote above.
There are several patterns in the flow of issuing Rank 8 Xyz, so here is an example.
① Phantom tree dragon + Phantom water dragon
Basic.
② Barba + Phantom Water Dragon
The above Phantom Tree Dragon just changed to Barba.
③ Barba + Air Toss
This time, the phantom water dragon only changed into Airthos.
④ Air Toss x 2
This pattern is rare, but it does happen.
⑤ Level 1 Tuner + Dragon Ruler + Phantom Water Dragon
At level 8 synchro, he put out Scrap and put out a phantom water dragon.
There are other patterns that use resurrection and darkness, but please try using them and think for yourself! Also, if you don't have a key card in your hand, turn it with 《Trade-In》or 《Cards of Consonance》.
Next, put out a rank 8 Xyz, layer FA, layer dark matter, and do a Special Summon. The basic cards to send to GY are Shiraishi, Eclipse, and Dragon Ruler. In addition, there is also a sin-stada or a second Dragon Ruler.
After sending, excluding Eclipse and other dragons, Dragon Ruler Special Summon. Remove Darkness from your hand with Dragon Ruler and Special Summon. Activate the Dark Matter effect and resurrect his Xyz material Galaxy-Eyes to GY and revive it with Darkness. Connect to the second Dark Matter. Candidate cards to send for the second body are Dragon Ruler, sin Stada, and the remaining Eclipse. After that, GY will revive his Dragon Ruler and aim for a kill with an all-out attack. I think that this movement is good when attacking second. Please stop at the first Dark Matter when leading. Even if it's fully deployed, it doesn't contain any defensive cards... Alternatively, it is OK to change the movement to line up Fergra or Dragosac.
As a point of caution,
① I think that it is important how to turn Dragon Ruler without excluding it. If you put Earth/Water/Other Dragon Ruler in your hand, excluding Earth/Water and get Dragon Ruler Special Summon. You can also search for Gensui/Mokuryu from there and place them side by side, but you won't be able to continue after that. His deck is aiming for 1 kill, but the opponent's interference will definitely fly, so it's important to have Dragon Ruler in his GY to continue attacking. Aim to remove 1 card from his Dragon Ruler when generating Dark Matter. There are patterns that do not remove even one card, but it is inevitable that one card will be removed. If there are 2 or more banished cards, please think carefully about whether there is a pattern that does not apply.
(2) I wrote above that you can use Darkness to get Rank 8 Xyz, but Darkness should try to revive his Galaxy-Eyes. It is still strong to connect to the second dark matter. If you can use the summon power, and if you can go from the darkness special summon to the level 8 resurrection to the rank 8 Xyz, please use the summon power. There is a big difference in firepower and continuity between 1 Dark Matter and 2 Dark Matter.

There is enough if you are conscious of sin stada. Only one ravine is included, so even if you add too many, new accidents will increase. When increasing it, I think it would be good to include the tomb of the first emperor Monarch together.
⑥Skiddle
His GY sending of Dark Matter is a cost, so it doesn't seem to be a bad match. Also, even under 《Skill Drain》, if it is the first one, it can be put out without going through the monster effect. In that case, the Phantom Tree Dragon will rot, so be careful! Thank you for your comment.
I'm sure there are other options besides the ones listed here. Try to match your surroundings and preferences. Side decks are not a particular consideration. That's something that changes depending on the environment.
