Replaces Blackspear as his 3-star Dragunity tuner. Basically, Black Spear has a better effect, and it's compatible with 《Cards of Consonance》, so that's fine.
If it's Dragon Ruler, you can get Toradora, and if you don't aim for effects or use Harmony anyway, this one, which has a high RBI, was also used.

If Militum is on the field, he can aim for the Dragunity Trident, so if you want to aim for that, go for it. Ura Cyber is easier to handle than Dragunity
It doesn't make much sense to equip it to Edge, but if you equip it to other monsters, you can deal about 1100 damage. His Dragunity in this bullet has few monsters that are compatible with his Dragunity...
