"Duplicate Genex" Deck 2014

I like windy kite, so I thought of a deck of him that I could play.
Considering the wind-based, windy kite means
Genex Tuner 3+5
Tuner 2+6
Tuner 1+7
It will be either Among these, the easiest to set up is probably the 1+7 combination with Tempest.
So I put in his Mecha Phantom Beast, which has variable levels. There are many other things you can do besides the windy kite, so I'll introduce them.

Turbo → Oracle Search ss → Orion ef Tether ns → Accel with Tether and Oracle
→ accelerator ef tether ss → staggered with tether and turbo
You should be able to move around. Think about it while turning and find it.
Also, you can use a combo of Recycle and Duplicate to search for two cards and remove two cards, just like some kind of bug! !

Weakness

Hand accident. Oracle doubles in hand, Blast doubles in hand, Recycle doubles in hand...
Also, Xyz that can't be beaten by Croxian, or high RBI resistance that can't be beaten by Windy Kite.
Does the meta that sticks to normal decks work here?
