"Genex Ally Birdman" is a level 3 tuner with a Special Summon effect, so it can be used in combination with a level 5.
《Genex Controller》can be Special Summoned with 《Synchro Overtake》.
The resurrection effect tends to focus on doubling his ATK, but it is also worth noting that the revived Tuner and this card can be used for further Synchro Summons.
If it's level 3, you can get a level 11 《Psychic End Punisher》.
Otherwise, at level 4 or below, he can double his ATK.Reviving Hi-Speedroid Puzzle to give him 5200 ATK is a useful combo.

Resurrection cards that can be put out from EX can't be weak. Moreover, there are almost no same name turn 1 or troublesome restrictions on the effect. It is a minor card with a track record that was actually used in parts of Kamikaze One Kill.
A card with a high rarity value because it has never been reprinted and is originally from an appendix. If you have it at hand, please take good care of it.

Although he has explosive power, Genex has non-Machine monsters that are easy to use, such as Coordinator and Blast, so it is not stable, and it is difficult to put him out in Genex due to the balance of levels. If you go that far, it would be better for him to raise the RBI of Genex as a whole with Genex Turbine. If you really want to use Genex, as others have said, use Powerful Rebirth to catch a level 4 Genex and synchronize with a level 3 Genex tuner, or somehow Special Summon Normal Monster's Genex Controller and then use Genex Furnace. Is it the quickest way to take it out and synchronize it?

Genex Synchro Monster.
It's a level 8 Synchro Monster, so it's hard to put it out with a Genex Deck without a level 4 tuner.
Level 3 Genex Tuner and monsters leveled up with 《Powerful Rebirth》,
I think it's easy to put out a level 3 Genex tuner with Sidera etc.
However, I don't think it will be used in the Genex Deck because of the Machine monsters you want to revive and the hand cost issue.
