This card is getting a lot of high praise, but since it's only being searched for during the Special Summon, I think it's pretty weak compared to 《Elemental HERO Airman》, which has similar effects... in the future [ Genex] It's a card that can demonstrate its strength if it's fully supported, but... To be frank, I think it's just a card that's better with [Genex].

Using cards that can be recruited, such as 《Summoner Monk》and 《Divine Wind of Mist Valley》, searching for 《R-Genex Oracle》will lead to 《Crystron Halqifibrax》.

There are things that are useful as search targets, but since Special Summon is essential, it doesn't have a self-deployment effect, so you need to rely on other cards.
Also note that it is an optional effect of time. It's a wind, so it's an advantage that it's kamikaze compatible.
Luckily, Birdman, who had synergies with Kamikaze, was one of the search targets, so he was also active in business trip recruitment.
Interesting moves are possible, but if you look at it as a pure searcher, is it highly dependent on combos and has any quirks?

Overseas, he can come out of Kamikaze and search for Birdman, so it has grown into a powerful card that is sure to be included in his Tengu deck.
