The monster destruction effect of (3) can also be used by other "TG" monsters, but I think you need to be careful that it can only be used once per turn.
Due to the effect of (3), if you attack directly with the effect of (2), I think it would be better to use it as a Link Material or Synchro Material in Main Phase 2 so as not to expose his low ATK.

When the only monster on the field is his T.G., he has the effect of being able to Special Summon, the effect of being able to attack directly, and the effect of destroying one opponent's monster when his T.G. deals battles damage.
There is a Booster Raptor that has a very similar Special Summon effect, but since both are cards that can prepare expansion power, there should be no problem using them together. This card has a quick removal ability, but Raptor has a search effect.
The direct attack and destructive effect are almost continuous and should be used together, but in order to deal with this card that attacked directly, you want to use Synchro or Link after all, so you may only be able to use it in situations where there is a monster you really want to get rid of. Destruction that takes targets that are easily dealt with is also a bottleneck.
