Tempester, who doesn't kill 1 by burn effect, is a fusion HERO with 3 named bastards.
As the name Tempester suggests, it is The Weather HERO that is woven by wind, thunder, and water.
The offense and defense are quite high, but the performance of the effect is over, so it's not worth the trouble.
I wondered if there was any other way of giving resistance to battle destruction with this kind of method, and I have no idea what Tempest is.

Overall evaluation: Because it is difficult to put out and the effect is heavy, it is for fusion material support.
Since it requires 3 fusion materials and is level 8 and doesn't correspond to 《Instant Contact》, Special Summon is almost impossible to target.
It's also expensive to add battle destruction resistance by paying more cost, and if you want resistance, First of the Dragons seems to be enough.
When using fusion material support, the extent to which it can be considered when reducing the frame of extras.

This is the one and only card that allows Featherman, Sparkman, and Bubbleman to search and recruit with Fusion Conscription and Fusion Deployment just by having this one EX card.
If you rely on Emako or Alive, it's OK, so there's no turn.

In that case, I would like to request a certain effect, but honestly, paying the cost from the field to add battle destruction resistance is not worth it. Even with a moderate RBI, it's troublesome that the killing intent is too low in front of Trinity.
