Deck Bounce is inherently powerful, but monsters in the Extra Monster Zone basically return to Extra with a normal bounce. If it's a Pendulum Monster, it makes sense. If you have an extra link, you can return 2 cards, so you can earn money, but considering that other Sky Striker cards can easily earn money, it is difficult to use.

GY Fertilizer is subtle because it may give the opponent an ad
The favorite is an ex zone bounce that doesn't target, but when the opponent knows that this guy is in it, he doesn't put out a favorite card in the ex zone, so it's still subtle.
If it was a Quick-Play Spell, it might have been quite powerful because it could frustrate the opponent's initial move.
