In the first place, I don't really want to keep Sparkman, which is suitable for materials, so if I can just use it up, the Book of the Moon and Ennecon are more versatile. I think it's a tough performance.

I don't think 1600 Sparkman will last until the next turn, so if it seems like it will end up being a one-time use and can only be used once, then the Enecon is fine.
