Regardless of ability and monster effect, Pendulum effect, scale, and race level are excellent.
It is a scale 2 monster on par with P-Magician, and has sufficient compatibility with brain muscle clan EM and piercing effect.
Level 4 Beast is easy to use as a material for Xyz and Beast Eyes.
It's a neat and solid card, and will it breathe new life into EM?
