This is the Blue-Eyed Deck of the president of Critius, who is about to be made into a card. In the new pack, he thought Empowered Warrior would be a good match with EM Blue-Eyed, so I mixed it.
The basic tactic of his deck is his Blue-Eyed deployment with Rakudown's P effect targeting maidens, but Rakuda cannot use the effect unless there are face-up monsters on the opponent's field. So, my first move is to P-summon Pendulum Magician. With the effect of Pen Magic, he searches for the EM combination of Camel and Lizard Draw, and he compresses the deck and increases his hand.
It's good if you have Pen Magi and Scale on your first hand, but if not, Dragodius is useful. If you have Dius and another P-mon in your first hand, you can P-summon Pen-Magic on the next turn by searching for Pen-Magic or Dragonox from Dius prone, and using Dius repeatedly to search for Pen-Magic on the next turn. After that, search for EM Combi and Otome and he is Blue-Eyed Rush.
Raster can be summoned immediately by pen magic search if held together with pen magic. It is also good that it has a reasonable RBI and strong synchro.
If he has 《Keeper of the Shrine》, he can collect Blue-Eyed once he puts it out, so with the Maiden effect and Tribute Summon, she will line up Blue-Eyed more and more. Tribute can be afforded by P summoning. If she destroys Blue-Eyed with the effect of Pen Magic, she can search for EM at virtually no cost.

Weakness

Elimination and Special Summon containment will of course stop if the scale is removed by a Cyclone or Thunder Break. Abyssal Warning is also scary, so use Eccentric or Cyclone to break the opponent's back as much as possible before P Summoning. Also, I would like to hold a set of scales instead of setting them without thinking even after searching with Penmaji.
If you don't have a dius in your first hand or have a pen magic scale, you'll end up unable to move. Even if he can move, his deck is a slow starter. Let's use Knox skillfully while looking at the scale on hand and surpass it.
Also, if the opponent doesn't play a monster or sets it, the effect of Camel can't be used, and even if the field is empty, there are times when only the maiden is there and you can't turn to attack. Torrent Funeral is compatible with Pmon, but let's think about when to use it. As an emergency measure, if you target it with an eccentric or pen magic, it will destroy the maiden, but you can use her Blue-Eyed. If you have 《Keeper of the Shrine》, this may be better.
