Playing

Blue-Eyed takes center stage.
It is a deck that makes good use of her Pendulum effect of EM Rakdown and cards that target, and targets 《Maiden with Eyes of Blue》and Dragonute to attack Blue-Eyed's Hakuryu with her Special Summon. I also considered 《Senet Switch》, but since it can also be used for the cost of one-for-one, I made it easier. You can block the opponent's movement with 《Thunder King Rai-Oh》, and you can respond to her Deck opponent with many Special Summons with multiplying G. 《Swordsman of Revealing Light》is useful for things other than using Rank 8 Xyz Materials or Level 1 Tuner to get extra power. Synchro and Xyz Monster are used only when they are available, so they are like decorations. Mostly the main deck will do.
Basically, it is a passive tactic in which you move while watching your opponent's movements and gradually follow your own flow, but the movement may change depending on the user.
Recommended for those who want to win with Blue-Eyed as the main character.
I tried to adjust 5/15.
EM Rakudown can be used for Rank 4 Xyz, Flamvell Guard can be used as a Synchro material for Ginryu and Chohou, and Chohou can search for Maidens, so I thought it would be nice.

Strength

If 《Maiden with Eyes of Blue》or 《Thunder King Rai-Oh》comes out from the front, the opponent should be mostly stopped. At first, it's like putting out 《Maiden with Eyes of Blue》or 《Thunder King Rai-Oh》and seeing what happens. I don't know him well because he doesn't fight decks as he is the top environment, but he can fight to some extent.
Otome and her Blue-Eyed set can bypass the opponent's Lose 1 Turn effect.

Weakness

I think that it is possible to support meta cards such as 《Vanity's Emptiness》, but it would be painful if the flow was disrupted.
《Skill Drain》hurts the most.

Customize

If you want to move quickly or want more power, you may want to add a redame. It's also fun to aim for a Rank 4 Xyz Summon by including Alexandrei Dragon. It is also good to make it easier to use by making 3 Dragonnuts and inserting 《Hieratic Seal of Convocation》.
