The original Hope Ray's usage is limited, and the rising value is lower than the Unicorn Emperor Spear, so it cannot be used as a material for Hope.

Like the Unicorn Emperor Spear, it's only for C39, but it's even worse. The RBI is not a number that can withstand an attacker, and the level is 3 and cannot be used as a material for Hope.
The enhancement value is also weighted down compared to the Unicorn Emperor Spear, and it's a little higher than his Equip Spell in general. It's changed to negate and it's 1000 burns, but considering the enhancement value of the Unicorn Emperor Spear, the difference in the results over there is only slight.
The game may change with just a little bit of that, but it doesn't change that it's pretty limited.
There is no turn limit, so if you can use it with Asura's secondary arm and activate it multiple times, you can demonstrate high firepower. The result will be almost the same as when the C39V or Victory is equipped with only the Ashura sub-arm.
I think it's a card that's pretty difficult to handle because it doesn't have much significance to prioritize.
