The Phoenix Crossbow is 《The Winged Dragon of Ra - Immortal Phoenix》.
God Phoenix mode was newly added, so I tried to build a Deck that makes use of it. The effect of the phoenix is as follows.

I'm happy to see that the phoenix-like reincarnation is reproduced.
The effect of (1) is forcibly reviving Ra from the field to his GY. Since he will automatically revive regardless of missing timing and cannot be chained, he can definitely summon Special Summon itself unless it is restricted in advance. The difficulty is that you have to keep this guy in his GY from the beginning. If it ends up in your hand, you won't be able to turn it into paper, but if you discard it for the cost of your hand, there's no problem (that's why I have 3 Tsuitsui).
The effect of (2) is complete resistance to all cards. It doesn't chain other cards against summoning, so compared to things like Venominaga, there's a sense of security. Even so, it is powerless against acts such as being released, and overconfidence is prohibited because it will be hunted by Mr. Lightning. Well, since it disappears during the end phase for the reason described later, it seems that it will only be used when it is played on the opponent's turn. However, and are no good.
The effect of (3) is "God Phoenix", which burns monsters at a cost of 1000 LP. It is not an exaggeration to say that it is different from the one in the normal state. First of all, "I don't take a target". From the 9th period, it is easy to understand because the cards that are eligible and not are clearly specified. Since it does not target, it is possible to burn the obelisk as in the original (this is not possible under normal conditions). In addition, the removal method is "send to GY". Since it is not "destruction", cards such as Yang Zing and Higurumi will be processed quickly. Since there is no limit on the number of times, it is also a strength that you can activate as many times as you like as long as you have LP.
The effect of (4) is forcibly activated during the End Phase, sending itself to his GY and leaving a spherical shape on the field. Personally, I like this effect because it's the most phoenix-like. The spherical shape is not a target for attacks or effects, so it has moderate performance as a wall. On top of that, if you leave the sphere shape unattended and your turn comes, you can release it to normal state, and if you send the normal state to his GY, this card will be revived... The name of the phoenix is not Date.

Strength

Now, I'm sure some of you are thinking, "I know he uses Deck, but why are you mixing it with Sacred Time?" There are three big reasons.
1. Easy access to Beatrice
The phoenix can't be revived unless he's from GY. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt monsters that have the effect of fertilizing his GY, such as Lavalval Chain. Beatrice is superior to chains in RBI, and can be left behind and its effects can be used in free chains. For this reason, I used Beato rather than Chains, which made it easier to get Rank 6. (Although the chain is likely to be banned in the next revision)
2. Ease of access to the exabeetle
It's not too different from reason 1, but the phoenix can be revived if Ra goes from the field to her GY. Here again, the reason why rank 6 is easy to come out comes into play. One of the combos in this Deck is this Exa Beetle.
3. You can also summon the worst Ra and spherical forms
It's a possibility that you don't want to think too much about it, but Ra and Spheres can rot in your hand. I want to discard Phoenix as much as possible for the hand cost of Tsuitsui, and I also need to summon to deal with doubled Ra and Sphere form in my hand. Even in that case, I thought that the sacred time that can minimize the ad loss would be the best.
Two little combos at the end.
《Mystik Wok》can be used to trigger the effect of the Sacred Time, and if you release Ra and cook him, he can become a phoenix from GY. He will help you raise LP if you barrage Phoenix and Normal God Phoenix.
God Phoenix also supports monsters on its own field without hesitation. Release the Sacred Time to summon the normal state, and burn yourself with God Phoenix to return as a phoenix.

Weakness

accident. Sacrifice sealing in the Monarch meta is painful.
Do you agree with this? Since the concept of the deck is the reincarnation of Ra, Ra (normal state) is stacked three times. It's dangerous to have a lot of this guy in your hand.
