This is his deck made up of cards up to the second season. The key card is Ra's Winged Dragon, not Wo's Winged Dragon. Banned and Restricted Cards comply with the bans effective May 1, 2002.
Regarding the effect settings for the Winged Dragon of Ra, I used the effect of WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2009 as a reference. The animation and the original effect are vague and hard to understand, but I thought this was the most like it.

As for the deck movement, the effect of the Winged Dragon of Ra consumes a lot of his LP, and since it touches God's wrath, you can't stack it multiple times, so I put it in Cure Burn. There are two main gimmicks.
The first is a combination of 《Card of Safe Return》and 《Solemn Wishes》to aim for burn with 《Fire Princess》. Another move is to drop Darklord Marie (Updated from: Marie the Fallen One) onto his GY and connect it to Fire Princess as well. 《Morphing Jar》・《Graceful Charity》・《Painful Choice》are the cards that drop to his GY as the main role. 《Tribute to The Doomed》can also drop 1 card from your hand into GY at a cost, so I used it. 《Monster Reborn》and 《Call of the Haunted》were adopted as cards to revive. He prioritized 《The Shallow Grave》over 《Premature Burial》because he has a lot of Flip Monsters such as 《Morphing Jar》, and he didn't want to put pressure on the Spell/Trap zone because he often lined up Continuous Spell/Trap. is the reason.
After that, 《Sangan》and 《Witch of the Black Forest》were adopted as recruiters to stabilize the movement. I also stacked 3 《Mystic Tomato》that correspond to both. As a defensive card, I chose 《Waboku》for its convenience of being able to surpass it for one turn without taking a target.
