If it's X-Saber, the summons are ready. However, it is a little heavy because it requires S summoning and board add.
It's hard to say that the stats are at the pass level and the essential effects are commensurate with their weight. There are S monsters of the same level that can be removed and countered with no cos and have no restrictions.
As already said, the name X Saber is more important than the effect. You can clear Bogger's restraints and use it with X Saber's abundant deployment support.
However, Bogger can freely use anything other than S materials, and now that the number of other competing opponents has increased dramatically, it is becoming difficult to prioritize such strengths alone. X Saber is often loosely tied to the deployment destination...
